Woman, if you can’t view your husband (or potential husband) as God, don’t bother with Christianity.

Christ doesn’t want you.

He will throw you out with the rest of the trash.

                1 Peter 3:6
Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord

After conquering, claiming, and dividing the promised land of Israel, the Israelites finally recommitted to serving and obeying the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Joshua 24:18
…therefore will we also serve the Lord; for he is our God.

But, after decades of Israeli struggle, Joshua said something rather surprising: “No.”

Joshua 24:19
And Joshua said unto the people, Ye cannot serve the Lord: for he is an holy God; he is a jealous God; he will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins.

Joshua had seen Israel’s rebellion and love of false gods and religions.
He knew God does not want idolators.

In fact, if you worship Christ, but get entangled with feminist rebellion against your husband, your end likely is worse than before you worshipped Christ.

You were better off not knowing Christ.

2 Peter 2:20-22
For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

Why did God create woman?

To serve man.

1 Corinthians 11:9
Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.

Genesis 2:18
And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an helper suitable for him.

Esther 1:20
And when the king's decree which he shall make shall be published throughout all his empire, (for it is great,) all the wives shall give to their husbands honour, both to great and small.

Ephesians 5:24
Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Colossians 3:18
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.

Proverbs 5:19
...let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.

You have no right to question your maker on your function.

Romans 9:20
…who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?

Isaiah 45:9
Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou?

Even if a husband is not a Christian, his wife is to submit to him.

1 Peter 3:1-2
   Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;
While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.

But how should a woman be subject to her husband?
To find out, we have to see what ‘likewise’ refers to at the start of 1 Peter 3:1.
‘Likewise’ refers to the previous verses where Christ suffered as an example for us.  Likewise, wives are to submit with suffering – and not retaliate or revenge against their husbands.

1 Peter 2:21-25
For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

How should a woman view her husband?  Who is he?

Genesis 1:26
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness

Genesis 9:6
…for in the image of God made he man.

And God made man and woman:
Genesis 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

But when God came to this world in earthly form, he did not come as an ox, or a beetle, or a fish.  He came as a man – the male gender.

And Christ was and is forever a man – the male gender.

1 Timothy 2:5
   For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Acts 17:31
…he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

If a woman wants to see what God looks like, she need look no further than her husband.

Christ, like all men, is the image of God.

John 14:9
   he that hath seen me hath seen the Father;

Colossians 1:13,15
…into the kingdom of his dear Son
…Who is the image of the invisible God

If a woman cannot submit to the image of God, how can she possibly submit to God?

James 4:7
   Submit yourselves therefore to God.

1 Samuel 15:22-23
Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.

Therefore, remember the heirachy:

Genesis 3:16
…thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Ephesians 5:23
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church

1 Corinthians 11:3
…the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Oh, rebellious woman of feminist false gods.

Romans 1:26
…for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature

What happens to rebellious servants?
They are thrown away.

Matthew 25:30
And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

In fact, the word “hell” in the Bible previously was “Gehenna” – a place where Israelites burned their trash, a place cursed because of previous idol worship there.

Matthew 13:40,42
As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world…
And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Mark 9:47-48
   …cast into hell fire:
Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

You rebellious woman, it would have been better if you had never found Christ.

Hebrews 10:26-27
For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
