If you’ve been in Church culture for a while, you’ve probably heard the teary, whiny, whimpering prayers: “Oh Lord, please send us revival!  Please send us restoration for your great land!”

It’s embarrassing.

The preacher and the congregation pray some blithering, blubbering prayers to God begging for some revival silliness that will sweep the world.
Mercifully, God ignores these ridiculous prayers.
The reality is that if you want revival, even a restoration of all things – God has already provided all that you need.
You want revival?  You want restoration?  Great.
You want it.  You take it.  It's yours.

From the foundations of the world, God has already given you everything you need for a restoration of all things.
Right now, if two of you are in agreement for revival, as in a marriage, you can have a blessed marriage.
Right now, if a hundred of you in a church agree in unity, then you can have the most miraculous church ever.
Right now, if a billion people harmonize, then restoration can sweep the world.

But you have to do something special for a restoration of all things.  You have to do something politically-incorrect and virtually unheard of these days.  You have to defy modern conventions and do the unimaginable.  What horrible act do you commit to astonish the powers of this world?
Say Good Morning and truly mean it.

Isaiah 28:12
To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.

Have you read your daily horoscope today?
Check your birthdate to see if you are perhaps a Scorpio or a Libra or a Pisces.  The Devil has conveniently provided you with insight, via astrology, regarding your personality based on when you were born.
Your horoscope has guidance, wisdom, and knowledge for your daily affairs.
This divination can be the key to foretelling important events for your life.
But why stop there?  By providing your time of birth and the location of your birth, you can map the positions of stars and planets when you were born.
These external celestial entities determine who you are throughout your life.  You can cultivate who you are by learning about the alignment of the stars and planets when you were born.
Your destiny is controlled by these external bodies.  To develop as a person, embrace these exterior forces that have their sway over you.

Yes, that which is of the Devil can provide real guidance.

Acts 16:16-19
And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:
The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation.
And this did she many days.  But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.  And he came out the same hour.
And when her masters saw that the hope of their gains was gone, they caught Paul and Silas, and drew them into the marketplace unto the rulers

Psychic fairs, tarot cards, divination are gaining in popularity as we grow to revel in our ‘oneness’ with the universe.
(Strictly speaking, these practices are false god worship which will condemn you in the eyes of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  Eternal damnation ‘n’ stuff.)
Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Deuteronomy 18:10-11
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.

2 Kings 17:17
And they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire, and used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

2 Kings 21:6
And he made his son pass through the fire, and observed times, and used enchantments, and dealt with familiar spirits and wizards: he wrought much wickedness in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

Micah 5:12
And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers

Okay, yes, we have an interesting problem with astrology, numerology, mediums, palm readings, crystal healings, etc. providing guidance, insight, and help towards those who want to find their place in the cosmos – and, on the other hand, the Lord promising hellish torment for those who do these practices.
If these practices can provide real help for people – why would God oppose this?
For insight, we need to understand that the Devil has legal right to guide and prepare his own people.

Acts 5:3-4
But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart?

John 13:2
   And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him;

The Devil has power, including divination.
Matthew 4:8
   Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

But, the Devil, being markedly less powerful, is defeated by God.
Romans 16:20
And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

The right to rule the earth and beyond is not won by logical arguments, tactful or polite speaking, scoffing, or even demands to respect one’s feelings.
Victory and right to rule is always, always determined by raw power.
My army versus your army.
Luke 11:20-22
But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.
When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:
But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.

If your Word is not backed by power, it is useless.
1 Corinthians 4:19-20
But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power.
For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

The youths who have been fed vague promises of life success via education and hard work – and then face crippling student debt, overpriced slums, and dead-end jobs – these youths might have good points as the rich get richer.
Similarly, with the 'school to prison pipeline' and the endless and almost acceptable racism against black men – this may result in important arguments worthy of shaping society.  America's answer always seems to be to build more prisons.
But, others may contend that theses viewpoints do not abscond the importance of law and order in society.  And, any racism against those of color simply does not justify a fashionable racism against whites, orientals, or any other groups.  (And aren't most homeless people in the West white men?)

However, as the world plays out, all these discussions are mere window-dressing.  These discussions are merely academic.  They do not matter.
What matters, the only thing that ever matters, is raw power to physically instantiate victory over your enemy.

Isaiah 49:23-26
And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.
Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered?
But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.
And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

Who made all of the created?  You?  The angels?  The Devil?
Job 38:4-8
Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.
Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?
   Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?

Let the Zodiac people save you from the mess you’re in – if they can.
Isaiah 47:13-14
Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.
Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it.

Beautiful creation:
Matthew 6:28-29
Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

God’s Word will stand, and the created, man and even animal, will bring about his counsel.
Isaiah 46:9-11
Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.

Proverbs 19:21
There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.

The proud cannot match the raw power of God.
Job 40:9-12
Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him?
Deck thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.
Cast abroad the rage of thy wrath: and behold every one that is proud, and abase him.
Look on every one that is proud, and bring him low; and tread down the wicked in their place.

Zechariah 14:12
And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

Can you play with the leviathan like a toy?
Job 41:1-5
Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down?
Canst thou put an hook into his nose? or bore his jaw through with a thorn?
Will he make many supplications unto thee? will he speak soft words unto thee?
Will he make a covenant with thee? wilt thou take him for a servant for ever?
Wilt thou play with him as with a bird? or wilt thou bind him for thy maidens?

God knows that which you speak before you speak it.
Psalm 139:4
For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.

Psalm 94:11
The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.

Job 26:6
Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.

Hebrews 4:13
Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

Jeremiah 23:24-27
Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.
I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed.
   How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart;
Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal.

He knows all about you.
Luke 12:7
But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

When Moses brought the torment of our head hair via small insects: lice, Pharaoh’s magicians knew they were outgunned, outmatched.
Exodus 8:16-19
And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast.
Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

But don’t we have free will?
Joshua 24:21
And the people said unto Joshua, Nay; but we will serve the LORD.

Ecclesiastes 9:10
Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.

Proverbs 21:5
The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want.

Yes, we have free will.
But how does God know our end from the beginning?
Ephesians 1:4
According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world…

Revelation 17:8
…and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world…

Picture this:
A certain dying elderly Christian man had two sons: Greg and John.  Both Greg and John are atheists.  But this elderly father wants to give the bulk of his fortune to whichever son will become a Christian.  This elderly Christian man dies, but knows that at his funeral, an amazing pastor will deliver the eulogy.
At this funeral, the pastor preaches, and Greg is convicted and repents, but John does not.
When the will is read, the father gave most of his fortune to Greg, not John.
Yes, both Greg and John have free will, but their father knew both so well, he knew what the outcome would be.  So your heavenly father knows you.

God knew Abraham.
Alternative translations to the King James Version say “For I have chosen him” instead of “For I know him.”
Genesis 18:18-19
Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?
   For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment;

Because God knew Abraham would be under Godly authority and thus be able to wield authority, God chose Abraham to seed a great and mighty nation.
God laid the foundations of the world.
Psalm 102:25
Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.

Psalm 104:1-6
Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

Isaiah 40:12
Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?

Integral to the foundations are God’s own people.
Isaiah 51:13-16
And forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?
The captive exile hasteneth that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail.
But I am the LORD thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The LORD of hosts is his name.
And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.

Proverbs 10:25
As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.

God knew Abraham and his seed – and knew that even when Abraham failed and did his own ‘good’ works to father Ishmael, the resulting Muslim nations would, in time, buffet Israel for God’s purposes.
Genesis 25:23
And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.

Habakkuk 1:6-7
For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwellingplaces that are not theirs.
They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed of themselves.

Abraham, being committed to completing the quest God laid before him, fit into God’s purposes, and his works built properly upon the foundations of the world.

God knew and could say that Abraham’s seed would multiply to the number of stars in heaven and the sand on the shore, and that all nations would be thereby blessed.
Genesis 22:17-18
   That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.

God intimately knows his people and all.  Any earthly query is child’s play to him – like he plays with leviathan as a toy.
In contrast, Satan, with drastically lesser power, is exasperated in knowing and managing his people.
And the Devil has a lot of people.

Many professing Christians say: “We are ALL children of God.”
That simply is not scriptural.  It is a lie.
1 John 3:8-10
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

Matthew 12:47-50
Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.
But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

The children of God hear the Word of God and do it.
Luke 8:19-21
Then came to him his mother and his brethren, and could not come at him for the press.
And it was told him by certain which said, Thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to see thee.
And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do it.

Matthew 7:14
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Most are children of the Devil, and seek to kill any man truly of God.
John 8:40-41
But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.
Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.

Most are of the family of the Devil, as they read that which is of God, and reject it.
They say: “Common sense means this can’t be from God.”
John 8:42-47
Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.
Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

You might have been born from the Devil – but were you born from April 20th to May 20th?  If so, you are practical and reliable – as you are the Taurus in the Zodiac.
Or, perhaps you are the energetic and reckless Sagittarius born from November 22nd to December 21st.
Are you meticulous and detail-oriented?  You might be a Virgo – born August 23rd to September 22nd.
Map the external stars and planets to determine who you really are – with your birth chart.

But you might reject that we've got stars directing our fate.
This idea of pre-determined fate from the external is silly, insanity.

As an individual, an independent hero, you are your own person.
As an individual, you know that we can, with logic, and discussion, rectify the wrongs of the world.
As an individual, you know that we can do as we like, as long as we’re not hurting anyone else.
As an individual, you believe in freedom of choice regarding accepting sexual preference: homosexuality, bisexuality, asexuality, etc.

Yet, if you were born 100 years ago – you wouldn’t have been inundated with lessons regarding the triumph of the self.
If you were born 100 years ago, homosexuality would be unthinkable, an abomination.
If you were born 100 years ago, in the West, Judeo-Christian culture wouldn’t inflate your ego, your self-esteem, to the extent that you think you can save the world through discussion – and would prevent you from starting the fires of anarchy.

Is the Devil’s conclusion really so wrong?  Is it wrong that you are determined by the time and place of your birth?  Can the path of your life be determined by the when and where of the vagina that you happened to fall out of?

Why do you go to that Presbyterian church and call yourself an Presbyterian?  Because your parents were Presbyterians and they brought you to that church and your social life is there.
Why are you a Bengals fan?  Because you grew up in the Cincinnati area and that’s who everyone supports.
Why are you a Republican?  Because you live in a red state and have a job, you don’t want to pay for New York City welfare.
Why did you vote for radical financial reform?  Because you are a young person who, in high school, received vague but repeated promises of career certainty via college/university achievement.  And now you have crippling student loan debt, which even bankruptcy can’t absolve.
Why are you a fat bitch?  Because you grew up in an era of body positivity and feminism which said that whatever the women want is right.  You soulishly enjoyed the pleasure of Doritos and Pepsi.  Was a full stomach going to stop you from that pleasure?  No.  Stretch that stomach out!  Keep that soulish pleasure flowing!

But you can never have true freedom.
Because you cannot be active, with the initiative – in control as the true you.  You have to be reactive.
Just like the external stars and planets determining your fate, you are subject to the external.

God’s people are those who voluntarily repent and turn towards the leadership of the Lord.  God’s people have seen the bright lights and the big city, the soulish, and have heard the arguments of false gods, philosophies, the various ‘isms,’ and they only want the Word made flesh – all 66 books of the Bible consolidated in the man Jesus Christ.
John 6:68
Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

Rather than be reactive, God's people want to be the head, not the tail.
Deuteronomy 28:13
   And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath;

The Devil, however, has a different plan for his people.
For his people to grow, mature, and exist, he must control them.
The Devil simply doesn’t have God’s omniscient ability to know all about people.
But, the Devil, even with the massive computing power from the machine, needs quite a bit of help to control his people.  To rule his varied billions of people, Satan needs help.
He needs something to group, classify, and dominate his people: frameworks and systems to control and simplify people.

1 John 5:19
We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.

Matthew 6:13
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one

Importantly, just like that which is righteous, truthful, and faithful is consolidated in the man Jesus Christ – evil, rebellion, iniquity, and lawless is a person.  And with the fullness of the wicked, evil is in person of Satan, and the whole world is under the sway of the wicked one.
Over decades and centuries, the Devil and the people who have sworn allegiance to the Devil have gathered and consolidated powers to exercise the Devil’s power and new morality over the whole world: social media, deep state actors, central banks, worldwide conglomerates, and mass media.

Social media, like Twitter and Facebook, will algorithmically put us into various categories.
Your Visa purchase history and credit score will further make your name a number.
Independent small stores won’t help the Devil, but once they’re gone, the large franchises (who adhere to the network) will get you used to the rules with long waits in line, directional walking arrows on aisles, and the terms and conditions.
Your points card, contact-tracing, chipped bus pass, or your car insurance app will track you to pattern your routine and habits.
Situation comedies (sitcoms) and formulaic Hollywood movies will get you to express yourself and see others as predictable stereotypes – and interact with each other accordingly.
Are you the geek with collectibles?  Or the jock?  Or the oddity with weird clothing?  Are you the wacky neighbour next door?  You’re not heroic, leading man/woman material – but you could be the bespectacled friend who gets those two together.
Work towards the acceptable narrative resolution by staying inside the Overton Window.
“Hello Newman,” like the Seinfeld fan you are, or did you have the ‘Rachel’ haircut from “Friends”?
Not you – you’re generation Harry Potter.

Partisan politics aid Satan, as you’re either Labour or Tory, Democrat or Republican.  You know the talking points from your side – so get to work criticizing the other side and call them hypocrites.

Perhaps you’ve taken the brave position away from the left/right wing dichotomy by becoming a centrist!  Now you’re a special type of dull.

Discourse that will pigeon-hole you further aids the machine.  Did you take the red pill?  Or blue pill?  Or white pill?  Or black pill?  What do these terms even mean?

You might realize that the Zodiac idea that Geminis are quick-witted and passionate or Aries are loyal and impulsive – is ridiculous crap – but learn more about these colored pills to learn more about yourself.
Find your way amongst the ‘Black Lives Matter’ debate by speaking yourself into existence as ‘All Lives Matter’ or ‘Blue Lives Matter’ or the contrarian ‘No Lives Matter.’  As long as you can reduce your discourse to 280 characters, the Devil has won.

Go to your church where they teach ‘gender complementarianism’ – and now you’ll have to navigate this new ism – just like you navigate the ‘lives matter’ or ‘colored pill’ discourses.
You are subject to the Devil, as he can change all of these external cultural expressions and debate by directing them as he will – through his network of church leaders, media ownership, conglomerate ownership, and politicians photographed and blackmailed by Jeffrey Epstein.

Guess which of your favourite cartoon characters is gay or gender fluid?  Now you’re going to, with your speech and thought, accept (or reject) your collectibles which feature Bugs Bunny and SpongeBob.

You call yourself a conservative?  And you think that conservatives are winning.  But you never stood up to the removal of Christian prayer in schools.
You’re fine with women in the workplace doing jobs that were traditionally men’s.  Back in the day, you watched positive portrayals of working women on the ‘Mary Tyler Moore’ show and the movie ‘Flashdance.’  Nowadays women in what were men’s roles is the norm for all media.  You question this?  “What?  Are you Amish or something?”
And you’re okay with gay relationships.  Enough smiling actors have come out of the closet – the actors who look exactly like their positively portrayed alter-egos on screen.  And, amongst the beauty community’s drama – you sided with Youtuber James Charles.
You think that being transgender is okay, as long as you’re adult.  Didn’t you see Laverne Cox on ‘Orange is the New Black’?  So moving.
But what exactly are so-called conservatives conserving?

The Devil will laugh as he oversees the Hollywood scripts and injects into the news cycle.  And you, back on your heels, have to play defense, to navigate this new item (a life experience to shape his people).
For example, Satan will fire off the idea of the meat supply-chain being contaminated.  His framework, his system, of mainstream media launches this story.
NBC, CBS, ABC, BBC, ITV, Sky, Fox, CNN, etc. fall into line.  Next McDonald’s, KFC, and the supermarket chains fall into line with new plant-based meat to solve the horrible contaminated meat supply.
The Devil has both left and right wingers with their controlled talking points of veganism, farming solutions, where the left and right blame each other.

The news says that the big banks are boycotting advertising on Facebook because of ‘hate speech.’  The article says Mark Zuckerberg is in peril.
Of course, Satan, through his people, controls not only the mainstream media promoting this story, but big social media like Facebook including Zuckerberg, and the big banks.  Now, you have to find your way, as the commonly accepted definition of ‘free speech’ changes, and the Devil shifts what is mainstream as he pleases – and you are forced to react.  You can never bring heaven to earth by, on cue, reacting to what the Devil says the latest outrage is.

Under the Devil's control, Satan's people are reactive.
Deuteronomy 28:44
…he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.

Of course, none of these above-mentioned externalities are really part of who you.  Your personality/character/mind/soul’s development is flung about by the whims of Satan controlling the world’s items of discussion – to which he has a legal right.
If you had been born in an era of 1910s big band, you wouldn’t consider/ponder/meditate upon the strong and tough heroine from Game of Thrones.
If you had been in World War I trench warfare, your morals wouldn’t conform to whatever makes the women on daytime chat shows nod ‘Yes.’

1 John 4:5
They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

As one of his people, your personality/character/mind/soul will grow and be cultivated as Satan wants it.
1 John 2:15
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Psalm 119:19
I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

The newest chart-topper will be a young, brave, transgender artist, with an undeniably catchy song, and a heart-warming, victim-oriented story of origin featuring pre-puberty sexuality.  And now you’ll have to reassess your positions against gender-bending and pedophilia – and concede your positions to the new morality – if you want to be that fun-loving, nice community member that you’ve always been.

But… with fallen dreams, perhaps you don’t want to participate in the office talk of the latest female sports team breaking barriers, or of identity politics, or the fear porn of the latest worldwide panic.
Perhaps you no longer want to be an accuser in the usual office gossip or partisan politics.
A repentant you will be politically homeless, and no longer able to participate in the usual fellowship.  You can’t bring yourself to say that your church denomination is the true Church, and those in the other church are the sinners.
James 1:27
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Perhaps you don’t want to participate in these discussions from the external world: some new hero who has another glossy book with rules for life, or another debate about what is ‘modest’ attire for women – brought by feminist church leadership.
And by not following along with the latest new outrage, or the latest morality, you’re an oddball – not a favourite for dinner parties.
Psalm 27:10
When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up.

John 15:18-19
If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

God’s people are built on the cornerstone.
Ephesians 2:20-22
   And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

Key to Christ’s nature is rejection by the world (including friends).
True Christians grow in nature as a reject.
Zechariah 13:6
And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.

Matthew 26:73-75
And after a while came unto him they that stood by, and said to Peter, Surely thou also art one of them; for thy speech bewrayeth thee.
Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew.
And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And he went out, and wept bitterly.

1 Peter 2:4-8
To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

Isaiah 28:15-17
Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.

Acts 4:10-12
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

To be truly repentant, you have to rejected by the world.
Without fellowship, sustenance, and help from the world – weak, as a loner, politically homeless, do you live in poverty and starve to death?
No, you do something a bit different.  You bring a new world into existence, bringing heaven to earth, a new earth built upon you, the true you – culminating in the return of Christ.
But if we lose our links to the world, and exist as an oddball outside of the left/right wing continuum – how do we do this?  Do we get on our knees and beg God to provide what we need for the enormous quest that is life?  No.  Why not?  Because you’ve already got it.

When God called Moses to free the Israelites from Egypt, Moses pleaded with God.  Moses said that the people would not believe him to be God’s chosen leader.
Exodus 4:1
And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.

But God countered.  God asked Moses what he already had.
Moses already had a rod.
Exodus 4:2-5
And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.
And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:
That they may believe that the LORD God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.

Moses wrought wonders with the rod.
Exodus 4:17
And thou shalt take this rod in thine hand, wherewith thou shalt do signs.

Exodus 14:16
But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.

Exodus 9:23-24
And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt.
So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.

Exodus 10:13-14
And Moses stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt, and the LORD brought an east wind upon the land all that day, and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.
And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, and rested in all the coasts of Egypt: very grievous were they; before them there were no such locusts as they, neither after them shall be such.

Moses worked the magic with what he already had – including his hand and his brother.
Exodus 4:6-8
And the LORD said furthermore unto him, Put now thine hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous as snow.
And he said, Put thine hand into thy bosom again. And he put his hand into his bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold, it was turned again as his other flesh.
And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign.

Exodus 4:14-16
And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart.
And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.
And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God.

And, God is committed to operating through men of God.
When a widow needed help from the prophet Elisha, Elisha asked what she had.
Elisha miraculously multiplied the pot of oil to pay the debt.
2 Kings 4:1-7
Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the LORD: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen.
And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil.
Then he said, Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbours, even empty vessels; borrow not a few.
And when thou art come in, thou shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons, and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which is full.
So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured out.
And it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said unto her son, Bring me yet a vessel. And he said unto her, There is not a vessel more. And the oil stayed.
Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, Go, sell the oil, and pay thy debt, and live thou and thy children of the rest.

Again, Elisha worked the magic with what they had – to feed an hundred men.
2 Kings 4:42-44
And there came a man from Baalshalisha, and brought the man of God bread of the firstfruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of corn in the husk thereof. And he said, Give unto the people, that they may eat.
And his servitor said, What, should I set this before an hundred men? He said again, Give the people, that they may eat: for thus saith the LORD, They shall eat, and shall leave thereof.
So he set it before them, and they did eat, and left thereof, according to the word of the LORD.

Jesus asked what they had – to feed the multitude.
Luke 9:13-17
But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, We have no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy meat for all this people.
For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down by fifties in a company.
And they did so, and made them all sit down.
Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude.
And they did eat, and were all filled: and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets.

When God spoke the world into existence, he made provision, not only for Adam and Eve… but for the billions and billions who would inhabit planet earth: oxygen, soil for farming, sunlight.
God made mankind on his last day of work to make sure everything man would need would be there.

Genesis 1:27-31
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

If you break free of the external world of the latest panic on the news, partisan politics, or debating how you fit into identity politics (our new false god) – you are left alone.
Psalm 69:8
I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.

Psalm 38:11
My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my sore; and my kinsmen stand afar off.

While you might feel politically homeless – you might pray to God – asking him to give you what you need to do his will.
Fortunately your blithering, useless prayers will fall on deaf ears.
Why?
Because God already gave you all that you need.  You already have it.

Handkerchiefs and aprons of Paul and the shadow of Peter brought miracles.
Acts 19:11-12
And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:
So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

Acts 5:15-16
Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.
There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.

Angels have to speak of the Lord rebuking.
Jude 1:9
Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

The angels don’t have the sacrifice of the Lamb and their testimony.
We have the Lamb’s sacrifice, and we testify of what the blood has done for us.
Revelation 12:11
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

We have legal right over demons and to heal.
Luke 9:1-2
Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases.
And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

Luke 10:17
And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject unto us through thy name.

The Devil builds his people from those born on earth.
And God’s people are called from those born on earth.

A person might have been born during the Great Depression in a Mormon family on a farm.
That person would grow up concerned about money, have farming skills, and have moral values from the Latter Day Saints.
Another person might have been raised on Pokemon, video games, and fast food.
That person is plugged into gaming culture, values logic, and has health issues.

If these people are of the world, the external, the Devil will rule them as he scares the Mormon with disturbing economic news, promotes soy-meat products, and promotes suspicious leadership at the Mormon church.  This Devil will laugh as, on cue, this person will be afraid of poverty, change farming styles to deal with soy, and navigate a wicked church.
The other person will be ruled by the Devil, as the Devil introduces darker themes into gaming and collectible culture – including games where the logical strategy is to be selfish and accusatory.  And this person further is ruled by Satan with worse and worse health – due to an obsession with the new flavours of Lay’s potato chips, and addiction to prescription ‘health’ pills.

The wide way is the external – the world to which the Devil has a legal right.

Matthew 7:13
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat

The narrow way is staying yourself but moving forward – truly blade running.
God’s people are called out of the dark world.
1 Peter 2:9-10
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Isaiah 42:6
   I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;

On the narrow way, you are not subject to the Devil’s news cycle.  You don’t panic at your potential job loss due to the new technology.
Thusly, the Mormon grows upon what proper lessons he had regarding the 66 books of Bible.  His farming skills are for the Lord’s will.  He overcomes his fear of poverty by demonstrated abundance.

Thusly, the gamer overcomes health issues, leads other gamers to laugh at the Devil’s influence on gaming culture, and logically exposes the dark elements.

But how do you know if you are of the world – being swayed by the Devil’s external systems – or you are of God?
Like Moses, you have to give your rod for God and his purposes.

When the man of God (Elijah) came into the widow’s life, she and her son were starving to death due to the famine.
Elijah asked her for water and then food.
But she said she had only a little for her and her son – and they would die soon.
Elijah insisted that she feed him first, and then her and her son.
1 Kings 17:10-13
And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and said, Fetch me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink.
And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her, and said, Bring me, I pray thee, a morsel of bread in thine hand.
And she said, As the LORD thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die.
And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son.

By giving up first for the man of God, the widow had abundance going forward.
1 Kings 17:14-16
For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth.
And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days.
And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Elijah.

You’ve got something right now, built from the foundations of the world, to give to God.  It could be your job, your internet skills, your home, your love of danger, your checkered liaisons, your social media following, your journalist skills – something that you can give up for the Lord’s purposes.
But you have to give all of it up, like Moses’ rod entirely for God, to not be of the external world.
1 Corinthians 15:36
Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not made alive, except it die

John 12:24-26
Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.
If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

When called into service, the Apostle Paul was able to use what he had – his background, knowledge, and training as an Old Testament Pharisee, to usher in the New Testament.

Acts 22:3
I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day.

2 Corinthians 11:22
Are they Hebrews? so am I. Are they Israelites? so am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? so am I.

Philippians 3:5
   Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;

Simon had his fishing nets.  But, when called by Jesus, Simon reluctantly let down a net (singular ‘net’ – rather than ‘nets’.)

Luke 5:2-8
And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.
And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon's, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.
Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.
And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.
And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.
And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.
When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

(Some Biblical scholars might question the plurality of ‘nets’ – but Simon’s reluctance is clear.)

Demas left the Apostle Paul, as he loved the world.
2 Timothy 4:10
   For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica;

But, so many times, we do not commit all of our nets to the Lord, and we have love for the world.
We are double-minded, with love for the Lord and the world, and we fall.
Psalm 119:112-113
I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end.
I hate the double-minded, But I love Your law.

James 1:6-8
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

What happens when we are double-minded and we have love for the world?
We focus on the soulish – what we can sense.
Proverbs 17:24
Wisdom is before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth.

2 Corinthians 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

2 Corinthians 5:6-8
Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

We fall to the cleverness, the wiles, of the Devil, in his legal realm.
Ephesians 6:11
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

We logically maximize our physically enjoyments of the world – more food, a renovated home, a new flowerbed, nice music, sexual pursuits.
1 John 2:16
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

For the senses:
If food tastes good, why would we stop eating?
If drink is good – keep drinking.
If sleep is good – keep sleeping.
Proverbs 23:21
For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.

That of the spirit: yielding to another, being patient, fasting, and stopping – simply doesn’t satisfy the lust of the senses.
If the music is enjoyable, why would you want it to stop?  (Perhaps we would hear something in the silence that we wouldn’t like.)
Daniel 3:4-7
Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages,
That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up:
And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.
Therefore at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

The spiritual quiet of stopping to listen to the Lord:
Lamentations 3:25-28
The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.
It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.
He sitteth alone and keepeth silence, because he hath borne it upon him.

Not seen:
Matthew 6:5-6
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

Now you might say that you can navigate the physical world by your senses just fine.
And you might be completely correct.
You eat and drink healthily and in moderation.
You have quiet time to collect your thoughts.
You exercise to maintain a fit body.
You don’t frequent prostitutes and have a healthy sexual relationship.
You are not materialistic and are not concerned about having a nice mansion.

But victory in life is not about the pleasant routine and habits that you have cultivated.
Victory in life is about raw power.  Your army versus my army.
Psalm 24:8
Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.

Exodus 15:6
Thy right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O LORD, hath dashed in pieces the enemy.

Psalm 137:9
Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.

The height and limit of the Devil’s power is symbolized in the ugly creature that is the frog.
Men of God: Moses and Aaron could turn the rod into a serpent.
But so could the Devil’s sorcerers.
Exodus 7:10-12
And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.
Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments.
For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods.

Again, Moses and Aaron could turn the river waters into blood, but so could the sorcerers.
Exodus 7:20-22
And Moses and Aaron did so, as the LORD commanded; and he lifted up the rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight of Pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood.
And the fish that was in the river died; and the river stank, and the Egyptians could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt.
And the magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them; as the LORD had said.

Again, Moses and Aaron brought a plague of frogs to cover the land, but so could the sorcerers.
Exodus 8:6-7
And Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt; and the frogs came up, and covered the land of Egypt.
And the magicians did so with their enchantments, and brought up frogs upon the land of Egypt.

But, after the plague of frogs, the sorcerers’ abilities stopped.
Exodus 8:17-19
And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast.
Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

The Satanic sorcerers could not duplicate the plagues of lice, flies, death to livestock, boils, hail, locusts, darkness, or death of the firstborn.
Exodus 9:11
And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians.

Similarly, in the end times, God’s angels deliver plagues.
Revelation 16:1-12
And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

But, the Devil has his power of speech – the ability to speak his temporary world into existence.
Again, the frogs:
Revelation 16:13-14
And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

Every authoritarian regime: communist, fascist, etc. – has risen by the power of the frog.
Frogs only croak at night, all night.  At night, within the forces of darkness, frogs croak over and over and over and over again.
They speak the same, simple, repeated message.
Does it have to make sense?   No.  But the soulish reality is that if our senses are bombarded over and over again with the same lie, we eventually believe it.
The repeated croak may be true, partly true/partly false, or entirely false.  It doesn’t matter.  The repeated croak will overwhelm any truth, using the tried and true methods of repetition.

Save lives.  Wear a face mask.  Save lives.  Wear a face mask.  Save lives.  Wear a face mask.  Save lives.  Wear a face mask.  Save lives.  Wear a face mask.  Save lives.  Wear a face mask.
Feminism is about equality. Feminism is about equality. Feminism is about equality. Feminism is about equality. Feminism is about equality. Feminism is about equality. Feminism is about equality.
Free speech does not include hate speech.  Free speech does not include hate speech.  Free speech does not include hate speech.  Free speech does not include hate speech.  Free speech does not include hate speech.

You might say that you don’t believe these lies.  You have researched, and you know better.
You and your family and friends simply aren’t going to believe the repeated croaks.
But you still fall.  Your army is too weak.
Why is your army too weak?  Because you fell for the Devil’s cleverness, and you live in the soulish world.

Perhaps you are an American.  You grew up in a culture built on Christianity.
The Law of Moses inspired so many derivative legal documents like the Constitution.
You have your freedom of speech/religion/assembly with the 1st Amendment.  You have your right to bear arms with the 2nd Amendment.
But you’ve fallen for wiles of the Devil.
What happened?

The Law is good, if we use it properly.
1 Timothy 1:8
   But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;

Mark 2:27
And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath

Luke 6:7-10
And the scribes and Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on the sabbath day; that they might find an accusation against him.
But he knew their thoughts, and said to the man which had the withered hand, Rise up, and stand forth in the midst. And he arose and stood forth.
Then said Jesus unto them, I will ask you one thing; Is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to destroy it?
And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.

But, with our soulish senses, we only see The Law as rules on stone, and we got involved in endless discussions about law.
Titus 3:9
But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

1 Timothy 1:4-7
Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.
Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:
   From which some having swerved have turned aside unto foolish discussion;
Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.

We took what was useful, in the American Constitution, the Magna Carta, and with our senses saw the letter of the law – not the spirit of the law.
2 Corinthians 3:6
Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

You forgot about the spiritual beginnings of America – Pilgrims breaking away from any reformation movement of Puritans – to cross an ocean and live a life completely dedicated to God’s guidance.

You forgot about the days of humiliation, fasting and prayer in the name of Christ declared by American leaders including presidents such as Abraham Lincoln, John Adams and James Madison.

Americans (and all) now love pride, dignity and righteous outrage.

Even though you and your American buddies might be armed with lots of guns and lawyers, you now have to navigate life according the Devil’s whim.
The Devil, with conglomerate ownership of the news and education spheres, can inject discussion as he will – and you, back on your heels, play defense (and your soul/personality/character is molded by this life experience).
Repeated in the news and education for the children is: “Do citizens really need assault rifles?”  “Is hate speech really free speech?”
As the croaking increases, you might still reject the message, but their army is greater than your army.
As you put on your face mask to enter the store to get your groceries with your trackable Visa credit card – the enemies’ army grows.
That Constitution, that right to bear arms, that fourth of July celebration – you only perceived with your soulish five senses.
You forgot about the miracles and spiritual inspiration that built the freedoms and abundance of the USA and other Western nations.
You were limited to the physical.
Psalm 78:41-45
Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.
They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy.
How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan:
And had turned their rivers into blood; and their floods, that they could not drink.
He sent divers sorts of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.

You try to be unlimited, by being nuanced in your discussion of how we should have freedom – and that you want freedom of speech for those with whom you disagree.
But your fight is in the physical realm, the soulish world of the senses.   The tried and true methods of psychological persuasion work there.  The repeated croaking – appealing to the lowest common denominator – will over time overwhelm any argument that you have.

That celebrity you said you liked – is trending on Twitter.  Turns out he’s a racist.  Everyone knows it now.
You may argue that this celebrity only wanted to see statistics by ethnic origin.  And all of that is taken out of context!

Croak.  Croak.  Croak.  Bigot.  Croak.  Racist.  Croak.  Bigot.  Croak.  Croak.  Croak.  Racist.  Racist.

The army is growing.

As we quest forward, we see our destination from afar: Christ revealed in us.
Galatians 2:19-21
For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Galatians 4:19
My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you

Romans 8:8-10
So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

For victory against deathly forces, we see the spiritual.
John 3:14-15
And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

We have life by looking at Christ on the cross – the spiritual.
But, it’s so easy for that which is spiritual to become soulish.
Numbers 21:7-9
Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD, and against thee; pray unto the LORD, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live.
And Moses made a serpent of bronze, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of bronze, he lived.

When the people started worshipping as an idol the bronze serpent that Moses had made (which was a spiritual precursor to Christ), Hezekiah rightly broke the serpent.
2 Kings 18:3-4
And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that David his father did.
He removed the high places, and brake the images, and cut down the groves, and brake in pieces the bronze serpent that Moses had made: for unto those days the children of Israel did burn incense to it: and he called it Nehushtan.

What happens when people only sense the physical of that which is inspired by the spiritual, such as the 1st and 2nd Amendment and the American Constitution?  What happens when our senses revel in the 4th of July as the new Idol of the USA, and then pledge allegiance to the flag?  We lose our senses.
That which you try to save, you will lose.
Luke 17:33
Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

As you pontificate on your culture of career advancement, home ownership, fellowship at the bar, speeches by great leaders, military might, freedom of expression, heroic exploration of the world – your clever arguments and grandstanding are silenced by the growing croaks of the masses.
They know that any cultural achievements of the West were built on the blood of peasants.  They have been told that over and over and over again.
Your well-timed, discerning, and astute references to Western heroism fall on deaf ears.
As you fight the media’s viral story, that great scientific and mathematical success were inherently based on hate – your rebuttals will always be tainted by the croaks judging with one voice.  Your audience will always understand your reply in the context of the croaks of condemnations.  He accuses day and night.
And you won’t be able to ascertain your reply without the context of the croaks.
You can no longer sense properly, as, even with resistance to the frogs, all of your soulish senses are tainted by lies.

Your only strategy to counter the croaks is by croaking your croak.
The other side of the political aisle says their croak – repeated over and over.  You’ll say your croak – over and over.  Blue lives matter.  Blue lives matter.  Blue lives matter.  Blue lives matter.
A nation needs borders.  A nation needs borders.  A nation needs borders.  A nation needs borders.  Law and Order.  Law and Order.  Law and Order.  Law and Order.  Law and Order.
I’m a true liberal.  I’m a true liberal.  I’m a true liberal.  I’m a true liberal.  I’m a true liberal.
Hypocrisy from the Left.  Hypocrisy from the Left.  Hypocrisy from the Left.  Hypocrisy from the Left.

You wanted to sense the reality of the physical, the soulish – but that is long gone with the repeated croaks – the repeated mantras from your tribe and their tribe.
Your senses and any perception of complex, nuanced reality – even of the soulish, physical realm, are gone – as your senses are overwhelmed by the cartoonish simplicity of everyone’s croaks.  And now you are just like the idols you worship.
Psalm 135:15-18
The idols of the heathen are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
   They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not;
They have ears, but they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouths.
They that make them are like unto them: so is every one that trusteth in them.

Jeremiah 5:21
Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not

Cops good – Blue lives matter!  Law and Order!
No, cops bad – Defund the police!

Any nuanced and productive discussion of police difficulties, alternative community leaders, rising crime, overextension and abuse of police authority (police as accusers, not helpers) is lost.  Any perception of reality – even soulish/physical reality – is lost.

Importantly, these croaks are not necessarily sinful or wrong.
That which is soulish is not necessarily sinful.
Someone might be legitimately racist.  And to say ‘racist’ is accurate.
And black lives do matter.  Racism against black people is an important issue to be addressed.  And, while police abusing authority is an issue – blue lives also matter.  With those generalisations – therefore all lives matter.
Face masks can be useful if you’re performing surgery on a patient for a medical procedure, or if you’re in a really dusty environment.

But our new morality is a replacement of that which is our goal: the man Christ Jesus (perfection of a nuanced, detailed, complex you revealed via Christ).
Our new morality is simple like dust and ashes.

When Jethro visited his son-in-law Moses, Jethro helped establish a hierarchy regarding applying The Law.

Exodus 18:12-27
And Jethro, Moses' father in law, took a burnt offering and sacrifices for God: and Aaron came, and all the elders of Israel, to eat bread with Moses' father in law before God.
And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses sat to judge the people: and the people stood by Moses from the morning unto the evening.
And when Moses' father in law saw all that he did to the people, he said, What is this thing that thou doest to the people? why sittest thou thyself alone, and all the people stand by thee from morning unto even?
And Moses said unto his father in law, Because the people come unto me to inquire of God:
When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and his laws.
And Moses' father in law said unto him, The thing that thou doest is not good.
Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone.
Hearken now unto my voice, I will give thee counsel, and God shall be with thee: Be thou for the people to God-ward, that thou mayest bring the causes unto God:
And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do.
Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:
And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.
If thou shalt do this thing, and God command thee so, then thou shalt be able to endure, and all this people shall also go to their place in peace.
So Moses hearkened to the voice of his father in law, and did all that he had said.
And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
And they judged the people at all seasons: the hard causes they brought unto Moses, but every small matter they judged themselves.
And Moses let his father in law depart; and he went his way into his own land.

With a hierarchy of those able to judge the nuances of routine and difficult matters – Moses was able to establish a peaceful, sustainable society.
Indeed, a world built upon God’s people – people right fitted together to create a world of unlimited potential – not simple croaks – results in a future already foreseen by God and his understanding.

Psalm 147:4-5
He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.

Psalm 139:17-18
How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.

Genesis 24:60
And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou art our sister, be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess the gate of those which hate them.

Hosea 1:10
Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God.

Proverbs 3:19-20
The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.
By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.

God isn’t all white-knuckled, at the edge of his seat, desperately hoping that his plans will come to pass.  He already knows his people and the complex, nuanced world created by them.  He knows they will sin, be scattered, and be regathered with repentance.

Ezekiel 20:39-43
As for you, O house of Israel, thus saith the Lord GOD; Go ye, serve ye every one his idols, and hereafter also, if ye will not hearken unto me: but pollute ye my holy name no more with your gifts, and with your idols.
For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, serve me: there will I accept them, and there will I require your offerings, and the firstfruits of your oblations, with all your holy things.
I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.
And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers.
And there shall ye remember your ways, and all your doings, wherein ye have been defiled; and ye shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that ye have committed.

Modern Bible scholars regularly dispute the authenticity and Moses’ authorship of the book of Deuteronomy.
God had a laugh at the Devil as he confirmed the validity of the book of Deuteronomy when he was rebuked as Jesus quoted it.
Thusly the Devil inadvertently fit into God’s foreseen world.
Luke 4:3-13
And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.
And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:
For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee:
And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.

Deuteronomy 8:3
And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

Deuteronomy 6:13-14
Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name.
   Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which are round about you;

Deuteronomy 6:16
Ye shall not tempt the LORD your God, as ye tempted him in Massah.

Speaking of the Devil, Satan has more difficultly managing his people.
The computing power in the machine might be great for generated graphics and financial spreadsheets, but his billions of people need to be simplified for the system not to crash.
His morality is about controlling his people.
With ownership of the mainstream media, blackmail-able politicians, grocery chains, box stores, Amazon, Twitter, Facebook – the god of this world can rapidly inject the repeated croak of ‘face masks save lives’ into the news cycle to create a simplified faceless people eating fake meat from the corporations.
2 Corinthians 4:4
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

The Devil’s morality is not exploring the nuances and subtleties of ‘what is love’?
Ecclesiastes 3:8
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

The Devil’s morality is of simple rules which energize accusation.
Let’s celebrate more people on Youtube with 5 tips telling us what to do.
Here are some pointers on how you are racist.
Did you look at a healthy, beautiful woman?  Here’s list on how to stop your porn addiction.
You’re welcome, you sexist bigot.

In contrast, God’s people hate the blandness of the world – the same tv commercials and meaningless platitudes over and over again.
Oh wow, another commercial from a big corporation telling me how I’m unique – an individual, if I use their product.
They’re throwing the ball around – I hope the fuddy-duddy father gets hit in the crotch.  I haven’t seen that one about a million times.
Same shit, different shovel.
Ecclesiastes 1:10
Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.

The Devil’s people revel in the blandness – while God wants you to break out of the dullness.
Proverbs 1:4
To give subtilty to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion.

Proverbs 1:22
How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?

Proverbs 8:5
O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.

Sorry, we have an internet outage across Cloudflare.
This new webpage might be delayed.  The machine needs a reboot.

And Windows has another update.  Yes, another update.  This update fixes the crashy mistakes they installed two updates ago.

Anyway, the computing power of the machine, even with the latest quantum chips, is rather limited.
The Devil has to settle for the bottom of the heirachy.

Romans 1:21-23
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Although imagination and escapism form Satan’s stairway to heaven, the ‘creeping things’ – at the lowest end – is the limit of his power.
(And this lowest end is entered by ‘professing themselves to be wise’. The Greek term for ‘professing,’ phasko, means asserting over and over again: croaking.)

Beyond the King James Version, other Bible translations call ‘creeping things’ as reptiles, or marine animals, or four-footed animals.

Ezekiel 8:9-10
And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.
So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about.

Yes, the frogs are the height and also the limit of the Devil’s power.
Even with his simple world, where his people are replicated labels, the Devil’s world is rickety.  Unlike God, who knows the end from the beginning, and can sit back and enjoy his people creating a complex, detailed world – the Devil is sweating with effort.

In preparation for the Mark of the Beast, Elon Musk wants his Starlink satellite program ramped up.  With those satellites, all people of earth can have internet access and digital identification.
But in preparation for the Mark of the Beast, other Satanic leaders want us to lockdown and do everything online – even if jobs like those at Starlink are furloughed, slowing down Starlink’s progress.  And also demonic yoga studios, feminist churches, and moques are closed.

And, while social justice warriors want your children in school for indoctrination, the leaders in favour of lockdown sacrifice indoctrination for parents home-schooling.  And, even if parents opt for online schooling of their children, the parents can more easily discover the social justice propaganda.
China’s template for tracking everyone via facial recognition technology is great for the Mark of the Beast.  Oh, but with face masks to dehumanize and simplify everyone – the facial recognition technology has problems.
The Devil’s world and his people with inevitably fall in the future, as internal contradictions will cause stress leading to destruction.
Matthew 12:25-26
Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:
And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?

As you turn on the news and see more sorrow and pain… and even the agents of Satan are caught up in their own barbed wire... what are proper Christians supposed to do?
Say Good Morning and really mean it.

Your works are likened to clothing.
In Biblical times, people wore robes – loose fitting clothing.  To run or do something physical, one had to gird up – that is, use a girdle to pull the clothing close to oneself.
If you want the expressions of you (what you say and do, your works, even as we speak our worlds into existence) to not be external issues and of the true you – you have to bring those works close to your body – a body which houses your soul and spirit.
When we have to confront a bitter truth about ourselves and our lives, we have to ‘gird up our loins’.

Job had a long conversation with: Eliphaz, Bildad, Zophar, and Elihu.
But when God appears to set the record straight, he told Job to ‘gird up his loins’ – bring his clothes close to himself.

Job 38:1-3
Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?
Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.

Job 40:7
Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.

And Jeremiah had to confront the truth of being ordained to speak to the nations.
Jeremiah 1:4-8
Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.
But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.
Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

What did Jeremiah have?  Jeremiah had that which he saw.  God would grow what Jeremiah had.
Jeremiah 1:11-15
Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree.
Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.
And the word of the LORD came unto me the second time, saying, What seest thou? And I said, I see a seething pot; and the face thereof is toward the north.
Then the LORD said unto me, Out of the north an evil shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land.
For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith the LORD; and they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entering of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and against all the cities of Judah.

But Jeremiah had to first confront the bitter truth about himself as prophet.
Jeremiah 1:17
Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them.

Rather than be lost in a world of Anime, or discussions about what is constitutional, or the latest celebrity gossip, concentrate on yourself – and look at the bitter truth of yourself – Christ revealed in you.
1 Peter 1:13
   Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

Putting on the whole armour of God starts with the truth – the truth of who you are.
Ephesians 6:13-17
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
   Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
   And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God

John 12:46
I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

With the light of Christ revealed in us, we can see truth.
Luke 11:33-36
No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.
The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.
Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.
If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

When scouting the promised land (for the first time), only two spies (Joshua and Caleb) could see the truth.  The other ten spies had soulish, physical vision, and could not see the truth – and were condemned by God.
Deuteronomy 1:21-38
Behold, the LORD thy God hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.
And ye came near unto me every one of you, and said, We will send men before us, and they shall search us out the land, and bring us word again by what way we must go up, and into what cities we shall come.
And the saying pleased me well: and I took twelve men of you, one of a tribe:
And they turned and went up into the mountain, and came unto the valley of Eshcol, and searched it out.
And they took of the fruit of the land in their hands, and brought it down unto us, and brought us word again, and said, It is a good land which the LORD our God doth give us.
Notwithstanding ye would not go up, but rebelled against the commandment of the LORD your God:
And ye murmured in your tents, and said, Because the LORD hated us, he hath brought us forth out of the land of Egypt, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us.
Whither shall we go up? our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying, The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up to heaven; and moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakims there.
Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be afraid of them.
   The LORD your God which goeth before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes;
And in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that the LORD thy God bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye went, until ye came into this place.
Yet in this thing ye did not believe the LORD your God,
Who went in the way before you, to search you out a place to pitch your tents in, in fire by night, to shew you by what way ye should go, and in a cloud by day.
And the LORD heard the voice of your words, and was wroth, and sware, saying,
Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation see that good land, which I sware to give unto your fathers,
Save Caleb the son of Jephunneh; he shall see it, and to him will I give the land that he hath trodden upon, and to his children, because he hath wholly followed the LORD.
Also the LORD was angry with me for your sakes, saying, Thou also shalt not go in thither.
But Joshua the son of Nun, which standeth before thee, he shall go in thither: encourage him: for he shall cause Israel to inherit it.

After wasting away and dying the desert for 40 years, Joshua (as one of the two proper spies) sent only two spies to scout the promised land.
What did these two new spies see?
They saw the truth.  They saw the Art of the Whore: a Portrait in Flesh.
They saw Rahab, a whore whose fear of the Lord and faith brought her to be a proper wife, even in the lineage of Christ.

Joshua 2:9-11
And she said unto the men, I know that the LORD hath given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you.
For we have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red sea for you, when ye came out of Egypt; and what ye did unto the two kings of the Amorites, that were on the other side Jordan, Sihon and Og, whom ye utterly destroyed.
And as soon as we had heard these things, our hearts did melt, neither did there remain any more courage in any man, because of you: for the LORD your God, he is God in heaven above, and in earth beneath.

Matthew 1:1-5
The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.
   Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat Judas and his brethren;
   And Judas begat Phares and Zara of Thamar; and Phares begat Esrom; and Esrom begat Aram;
   And Aram begat Aminadab; and Aminadab begat Naasson; and Naasson begat Salmon;
   And Salmon begat Booz of Rahab; and Booz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse;

They saw the Art of the Whore: Us – as we have all sinned as the pornographic whore, but can be redeemed like Rahab in a proper sexual relationship.
Joshua 2:1
And Joshua the son of Nun sent out of Shittim two men to spy secretly, saying, Go view the land, even Jericho.  And they went, and came into an harlot's house, named Rahab, and lodged there.

But, we involve ourselves in unproductive discussion of the external: comic-book culture, the quotations of some hero like a saint or a poet, the latest hypocrisy from the other side of the political aisle.
We don’t want to look at the bitter truth of ourselves: the circumcised heart to the Lord, or the pornographic slut who can be redeemed as the bride.

Deuteronomy 10:16
Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.

What happens when we decide to not get lost in the external, whatever outrage the Devil causes to trend on Twitter?
We look at ourselves, in the mirror of the Word.
We see ourselves as the bride of Christ – or are we the whore?
We see ourselves as a sexual woman – bride or whore – but the Scribes and Pharisees of this world don’t even want us to picture it.

When we bravely delve into the pornography, what do we see?
We see the harlot who does a quickie for the man in the back alley who wants soulish, sexual gratification.
We see the woman who will accept money and gifts to be the plastic stereotype of the trophy wife.
When we look at the cultural expressions that are pornography – we see her hot body, her legs, tits, ass, hair – and those sexy outfits, lingerie, shoes, garter belts…

But after the physical gratification, how much potential is in the relationship?
At best we can bring the images on the screen to life in the whore – a scripted version of our fantasy.
She’ll just flatter us with meaningless platitudes to get the money.
But, as we live in the soulish, with manipulating, flattering speech, and refuse to become more complex than the dull, repeated labels that we are, we follow the whore to hell.

Proverbs 2:16-18
   To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;
Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God.
For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead.

Proverbs 5:3-5
For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil:
But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a twoedged sword.
Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.

When we are content with the cartoonish, simple reality of only left-wing/right-wing politics, refuse to question the wisdom and simplicity of the repeated croaks and accusations – we settle for the soulish, simple reality of the whore.
Proverbs 9:13-18
A foolish woman is clamorous: she is simple, and knoweth nothing.
For she sitteth at the door of her house, on a seat in the high places of the city,
To call passengers who go right on their ways:
Whoso is simple, let him turn in hither: and as for him that wanteth understanding, she saith to him,
Stolen waters are sweet, and bread eaten in secret is pleasant.
But he knoweth not that the dead are there; and that her guests are in the depths of hell.

Ephesians 5:31
For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

With the ideal wife, we become one flesh.  We cleave to the mirror.
But when are one with the whore, we get our soulish pleasure – sexual gratification –  and turn away from our self-examination in the mirror, not moving the relationship forward with unlimited potential.

James 1:23-24
For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

With the proper Christian wife, our T&A goes beyond the soulish, physical realm, into the spiritual.
With the whore, we fall short in our quest to be spiritual: the definition of sin.
1 Corinthians 6:16-20
What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

When we cleave to the wisdom of the Word – as with an ideal wife – beyond a passing relationship with the harlot, we become the complex, unlimited selves that we are – beyond the simple labels.
Proverbs 1:8-9
My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother:
For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.

Proverbs 3:3
Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart

Proverbs 4:20-21
My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.

Be yourself – not the external – by staying faithful to your wife.
Proverbs 5:15-20
Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.
Let thy fountains be dispersed abroad, and rivers of waters in the streets.
Let them be only thine own, and not strangers' with thee.
Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.
Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.
And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?

You are you – not a Baptist, a driving enthusiast, a hipster, a conservative, a Manchester United supporter, a Netflix fan, a musician, etc.  You are you.  Christ revealed in you is beyond words.
John 21:25
And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

But you have to be one with wisdom of the Word, not the external world’s croaks, to develop with unlimited potential.
But, as life goes on, so many of us are happy to settle into our routines and our boring habits.
And your nature is of the destroyer, as all you can do is criticize others’ works and use rules to accuse – forcing everyone to be bland and dull – replicas of each other – to avoid the mocking and the accusations.

Proverbs 3:33-34
The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.
Surely he scorneth the scorners: but he giveth grace unto the lowly.

Proper wisdom cries at us (as a woman – to which we can cleave as a wife) to grow beyond the simple and the scorners – so that we seek the spiritual.
Proverbs 1:20-23
Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets:
She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying,
How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?
Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.

Proverbs 9:3-6
She hath sent forth her maidens: she crieth upon the highest places of the city,
Whoso is simple, let him turn in hither: as for him that wanteth understanding, she saith to him,
Come, eat of my bread, and drink of the wine which I have mingled.
Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding.

We move beyond the croaks.
Proverbs 1:3-7
   To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity;
To give subtilty to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion.
A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:
To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Cry upwards for the spiritual (growing a nuanced/complex relationship with a proper wife, not a simple whore).
Proverbs 2:3-6
   Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;
   If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;
Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.
For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

Why does God hate the whore so much?  Why is fornication so wrong?
Because it’s just like finding fellowship via comic book culture, the latest television program, sport culture, or the news.  That is, the relationship can only go so far.  It’s limited, simple.
All of this culture is produced externally to and for the masses (one-size-fits-all), and is something to which we have to agree.
When we are in fellowship with one another, we have to agree that the guy in the comic book or movie with the odd looking face, or who is part of the ‘establishment,’ must be vanquished by the people who conform to modern morals and have nice hair.

Luke 14:13-14
But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:
And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

When the CNN news anchor goes on an impassioned plea to stop environmental danger, we have to agree, as the same impassioned plea of the local news anchor found the lost cute child.
When we watch the sports hero interviewed, he says the usual talking points that won’t get him in trouble – about having a great game, and the opposition was tough, but we had teamwork, etc.  Our moralities are no more than emojis basically.

As we watch the movie, we have fellowship trying to spot the plot twist, and how things will resolve – always knowing the morality of the movie will limit the options.  Somehow that evil patriarch who ogled that woman will be punished.
This is no more nuanced and detailed than the resolution from the sitcom which resulted in hugs, or the formation of the romantic couple in the Hollywood movie – simplistic, bland, repeated stereotypes that we call ‘love.’
Our goal in Christian living is to find, cultivate, and explore the detail and complexity of love.

But, the whore flatters us, by speaking in culturally acceptable phrases, a fellowship which will go nowhere beyond the soulish, physical pleasure.
Isaiah 54:5-6
For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.
For the LORD hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.

Even as we wistfully dream of the woman, bringing us into fellowship with Christ who longs for the bride, our cultural expressions of pornography conform to the external – as even any independent creators of any type of storylines and resolutions reflect the morals from Hollywood – common sense.
The only way to break out of the world of the whore, which is no better than the plastic fellowship programmed into us by archetypes and tropes from the media and the education system –  to pursue proper love – is by speaking the Word of God.

We cling to the wisdom of the Word (as a good wife, not a flippant relationship as with the whore) and grow our relationship as that with a proper wife (our own pornography drawn on a portrait in flesh) – growing sexually and so much more.
2 Timothy 2:22-23
Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, love, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do generate strife.

Colossians 2:2-4
   That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

The ideal wife: details and growth beyond the whore.
Song of Solomon 4:10-15
How fair is thy love, my sister, my spouse! how much better is thy love than wine! and the smell of thine ointments than all spices!
Thy lips, O my spouse, drop as the honeycomb: honey and milk are under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments is like the smell of Lebanon.
A garden inclosed is my sister, my spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed.
Thy plants are an orchard of pomegranates, with pleasant fruits; camphire, with spikenard,
Spikenard and saffron; calamus and cinnamon, with all trees of frankincense; myrrh and aloes, with all the chief spices:
A fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon.

You may have heard the blubbering, whining prayers from Christians, even Church leaders, asking God to send revival – a restoration of all things.
So many beg and plead with God to send a revival to sweep their nation.
They prostrate themselves, get all teary, write and sing songs imploring God to act.
But the reality is that you have all you need for revival and restoration right now.
God has already done his job.  The initiative is with you.  You want revival and restoration?  Great.  It’s yours.  Take it.
What do you have to do to take it?  Say Good Morning and genuinely mean it.

God’s primary purpose is to bring his people to himself in fellowship with him and each other.
1 Corinthians 1:9
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

Cobbled out as stones, and formed as the potter’s art, we still lack one thing for fellowship.
We need agreement.

1 Corinthians 1:10-13
Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.
Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.
Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?

For society to function, we need agreements.  We need to agree that green means go and red means stop, or there would be chaos on the roads.  We need to agree on what is transferable currency and what is meaningless paper.  We need to agree on how to wait in line for the cashier at the grocery store.
But the reality is that most, including professing Christians, turn to the Devil’s croaks for agreement.
Double minded:
1 Corinthians 10:20-22
But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.
Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?

You might be a comic book fan.  You have fellowship with others by talking about the latest Fantastic Four or X-Men adventures – but you have to agree on what is morally good or bad in this narrative.  It turned out that the world’s leaders didn’t believe that a small group of young, lonely misfits (like you) would have what it takes to defeat the threat to all of civilization.  Those world leaders were wrong.  With a sneer towards traditional authority, an outlandish mix of the unconventional, and a belief in themselves – the naysayers were left speechless.

You might watch the news.  You can relate to other people by talking about the latest headlines – but you have to agree on what is morally good or bad in this packaged, formulaic news delivery.  The bloody body-count at the start of the news is tempered by the cute puppy story at the end of the news.  But this time the cute puppy final story (syndicated from news headquarters) is about the little boy who phoned the police on his Dad who turned the car right at a red light stop.  (Yes, that turn is legal, but let’s have a funny chuckle at the boy who phoned the police on his Dad.)  Tomorrow, the cute puppy story timeslot is filled by the story about the girl who was roughed up by the police.  She was dressed as a Star Wars Stormtrooper with a toy blaster-gun to promote a local store.  But the news presenter smirks and snickers.  Martial law will be ushered in with a smile.

You might be a movie fan.  Your lunchtime chatter is about the latest offerings from Hollywood – but you have to agree on what is morally good or bad in the archetypes, stereotypes, and tropes.  For example, the legal drama featured flawed lawyers working in a corrupt system, but these lawyers ultimately strove sincerely for what was good for the community, resulting in hugs and warm fuzzies.  We knew they would and we love it.

You might have considered and thought about the role of women, and you’ve concluded that women can be in men’s roles, jobs and careers just like men – and that’s great for society.
In fact, you might believe this to be normal and common sense.  And you would be correct in saying this is common sense for so many people.  Preachers, academics, intellectuals, politicians, and everyday people have this reasonable, sound judgement.

But decades ago, this would not be the case.
Are we more enlightened now?  No, we just became subject to the Devil.  We became subject to the soulish croaks.  Satan will cultivate the souls/personalities/minds/characters of his people as he will.

Women as wives and mothers at home used to be the norm and common sense.
But, from 1964 to 1972, with the television show ‘Bewitched,’ we learned to reimagine the role of the traditional wife as needing a bit extra to be interesting and intriguing.  And we accepted that her ventures beyond being the ordinary suburban housewife were benign and not to be supressed.

Again pushing what was commonly acceptable further – the movie Alien (1979) with Sigourney Weaver showed us our morally good future of women as capable leaders.  In the same year, Erin Gray normalised the female career leader, as she was a colonel on our imagined future on the tv show Buck Rogers.  Years later, the news celebrated the first female Star Trek Enterprise commander.

In the early 1980s, we, with a laugh, learned to accept reversing gender roles with the movies Private Benjamin (1980) and Mr. Mom (1983).  On television, 1988 gave us more hilarity with the hard-nosed journalist, Murphy Brown – the career woman now normalised and simply common sense.  Going forward, even questioning the new adventurous career role of women is simply heresy to our religion of common sense.
(And, more gender-bending programming from the machine came with programming regarding gay and transgender.  Are you not accepting of Desmond is Amazing yet?  Stay tuned, you’ll also have that common sense soon.)

Through human representatives, Satan owns the Hollywood studios and the conglomerates like Time Warner, Disney, Sony, and Comcast, which have the media move in lockstep.  You’ve been programmed and you don’t even know it by your Fantastic Four, X-Men, news media, movies, etc.
Ghislaine Maxwell’s photos of politicians in compromising positions keep the politicians in line.  They’ll make sure evolution and feminism are on the school boards’ education curriculum.

Nowadays, as the feminist croaks are normal, would a politician even dare appear on television with a background of soldiers/police/construction workers – without at least one prominently displayed female soldier/police officer/construction worker?  No, they’ll not step out of line.  Common sense.

But you know that for society to function you need women as bankers, scientists, politicians.
They need career aims and fulfillment like men.  It’s rational.  Sensible.  Sound judgement.
But if you considered the wisdom of King Solomon, you’d break free of the croaks.  You’d ponder/consider/meditate upon the futility of earthly labour, where most of us, including the ‘future is female’ heroines – end up in dull jobs we hate.

Ecclesiastes 2:18-23
Yea, I hated all my labour which I had taken under the sun: because I should leave it unto the man that shall be after me.
And who knoweth whether he shall be a wise man or a fool? yet shall he have rule over all my labour wherein I have laboured, and wherein I have shewed myself wise under the sun. This is also vanity.
Therefore I went about to cause my heart to despair of all the labour which I took under the sun.
For there is a man whose labour is in wisdom, and in knowledge, and in equity; yet to a man that hath not laboured therein shall he leave it for his portion. This also is vanity and a great evil.
For what hath man of all his labour, and of the vexation of his heart, wherein he hath laboured under the sun?
For all his days are sorrows, and his travail grief; yea, his heart taketh not rest in the night. This is also vanity.

Ecclesiastes 9:11-12
I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.
For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them.

Isaiah 65:21-23
And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.

And of course, if little girls play dress up as adults with their ‘Easy Bake Oven,’ or dance in a manner with which we disagree – (we love freedom of speech, but not freedom of expression!) – then the outrage machine on Twitter explodes.

“Sure, little girls might imitate adult women, in preparation for adulthood.  They might even dance in a manner that could be considered sexually expressive.  But let’s croak ‘twerk,’ ‘booty dance,’ and ‘sexually suggestive’ over and over again for unity.  We all know that girls need to prepare for adulthood by pretending to be scientists and astronauts.  It’s common sense.”

“This sexually suggestive display must be stopped!  There are downtrodden men over there who realize that women were made not for careers, but to be wives – and girls should liberally express even if they express themselves through varied types of dance.  Even though these men are not attracted to pre-pubescent girls, let’s label them as pedophiles anyway to accuse.”

“Teenage pregnancy is an outrage!  I’ve been programmed by the machine – I mean, I’ve been educated to realize this.  Women need to wait until age 30 to get pregnant.  Then they can get IVF treatment paid for by the government.  Sensible.”

Perhaps you think that describing people praying for revival as whiny or blubbering is rather impolite.
No, this is the polite version.  The truth is that it’s heresy.
In these churches that want revival, someone should have studied a Bible by now and known that God had given us all that we need, and that we are to apply the victory that Christ has won.
To pray for revival implies that God hasn’t done his job already, and that we as Christians have done all that we need to do.  But the truth is the opposite: God had already done what he’s needed to do, and Christians need to act.

James 2:20
But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Even though the children of Israel had a legal right to the land of Canaan, the promised land, these Israelites still had to conquer the land, walking in the strength of the Lord.
Genesis 17:8
And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

Numbers 34:1-2
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan; (this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with the coasts thereof:)

Joshua 11:16-20
    Joshua took all that land, the hills, and all the south country, and all the land of Goshen, and the valley, and the plain, and the mountain of Israel, and the valley of the same;
Even from the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir, even unto Baalgad in the valley of Lebanon under mount Hermon: and all their kings he took, and smote them, and slew them.
Joshua made war a long time with all those kings.
There was not a city that made peace with the children of Israel, save the Hivites the inhabitants of Gibeon: all other they took in battle.
For it was of the LORD to harden their hearts, that they should come against Israel in battle, that he might destroy them utterly, and that they might have no favour, but that he might destroy them, as the LORD commanded Moses.

With worldwide literacy, downloadable Bibles (including audio Bibles if you are illiterate), and vast Biblical teaching resources, gone are the days when we needed someone like the preacher Jonathan Edwards for the ‘First Great Awakening’ revival or John Wesley for the Methodist revival.
Those great teachers have already done their job.  God is waiting for you to act, with what you already have, so he can react to release the blessings already available.
On our walk on water, we need to progress forwards on our quest to perfection.  Our action is required for heaven to come to earth.  God is waiting for us to claim to this, and accordingly God will pour out blessings – which already exist and are ready from the foundations of the earth.

Hosea 10:12
…for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

Philippians 2:12
…work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Joel 2:28-31
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.

But we instead preach:
“Oh God, please pour your Spirit down, so revival may sweep this nation, even though we can’t be bothered to marry off our daughters and now we are being out-populated, and we wouldn’t dare think of teaching wives to obey their husbands.  Amen.”

As we devolve into the croaks of those repeated messages from the media and the education system, you might believe that we can counter with our own croaks, for agreement within our own tribe.
But your army is weak.  Did you sign your name in the black book in blood like Sumner Redstone, Michael Bloomberg, Boris Johnson, Angela Merkel, Gavin Newsome, Andrew Cuomo, Bill and Melinda Gates, Jack Dorsey, Mark Zuckerberg, or Rupert Murdoch?  The Devil can disseminate his agreement via the croaks via big media, big tech social media, and big government.  You can’t.
Try as you might with your own pleading croaks of “free speech is not hate speech,” “face masks cause health problems,” and “China Virus” – you will be drowned out by the croaks from Satan and his minions.

As the comedian George Carlin said: "It's a big club, and you ain't in it."

Sun worship:
2 Kings 23:11
And he took away the horses that the kings of Judah had given to the sun...

Eye of Horus:
Zechariah 11:17
Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

Replacement top of the pyramid:
Mark 12:10
And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner

666:

What do we need for agreement?  We need to defeat ignorance.

Psalm 73:22
So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.

The adult leaders, the watchmen, are ignorant.
Isaiah 56:10
His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.

1 Corinthians 12:1-2
Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.

Those ignorant (without knowledge) end up in hell.
Isaiah 5:13-14
Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.
Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.

We only defeat ignorance by ‘foolishly’ turning away from the wise and prudent of this world.
Luke 10:21
In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes

For that, we need to receive the kingdom of God as children.
Mark 10:13-15
And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

Matthew 18:3
And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

But as children, we are to gird up our loins (truth) and turn away from ignorantly following lusts (lust: desiring that which is not from God for us).
1 Peter 1:13-14
   Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance

We silence the ignorance of the croaks.
1 Peter 2:15
For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men

Fight Satan:
2 Corinthians 2:11
Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

But only the child-like silence the avenger.
Psalm 8:2
Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest silence the enemy and the avenger.

Perfected praise:
Matthew 21:16
And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?

Re-born with a child-like nature, we cling to the Word of God.
1 Peter 1:23
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

And we mature in the Word.
2 Timothy 1:13-14
Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.

1 Corinthians 14:20
Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.

1 Corinthians 13:9-11
For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

We are to have a love of the truth.
2 Thessalonians 2:10
And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Here, the Greek word for ‘love’ is agape – which is a longing, encompassing, passionate, selfless, sacrificial love.
We are not to have a temporary, passing, disingenuous relationship with the truth like we would have relations with a prostitute.  We are to have a passionate, sincere, long-term, growing relationship, like that with a good wife.
Proverbs 4:11-19
I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths.
When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble.
Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.
Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.
Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.
For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.
For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence.
But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.
The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.

We are to love learning and learning and learning about the wisdom of the Word.  And as we grow in the selfless, passionate relationship, we are more and more accepting of the true Word, and escape from the Church’s money-friendly, safe, Bible verses.
2 Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness

And, if we refuse the love of the truth, we receive deception from the Lord.
2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Delusion could be from drug use, or just everyday life.
Caught up in day-to-day life:

Luke 14:15-24
And when one of them that sat at meat with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.
Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many:
And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.
And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.
And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused.
And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.
So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.
And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room.
And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper.

God will leave those alone who follow the idols of the world.  God has lost interest in you.
Hosea 4:17
Ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone.

Matthew 15:14
Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

We give up knowledge in favour of ignorance, and God gives up on us:
Romans 1:28
   And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Romans 1:24-25
Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

And, the snare of the Devil will sweep the world – creeping upon you when you are unawares.
Luke 21:34-36
And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Luke 12:19-20
And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?

1 Corinthians 3:1-4
And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.
For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?
For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?

But the unfortunate reality is, right now as with Paul’s time, those of the child-like nature cannot begin to recognize that which is of God and that which is of the Devil.  For agreement amongst God’s people, we must gird up our loins in the truth, and eschew ignorance.
Professing Christians currently attune themselves to the simplistic croaks and believe that which is of God to be a simplistic label.
The only agreements in the ‘church’ are simplistic notions of hating porn, abortion, and perhaps homosexuality.  And they want to be nice or something.

(Any nuanced, complex discussion about pornography cannot enter the Church, as the Church relies on simplistic croaks for agreement amongst the congregation.  "Porn bad!  Now do as you're told.  Don't watch that video if we croak that a dance move is a 'twerk.'  No discussion.")

Luke 7:31-35
And the Lord said, Whereunto then shall I liken the men of this generation? and to what are they like?
They are like unto children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned to you, and ye have not wept.
For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil.
The Son of man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners!
But wisdom is justified of all her children.

Heaven coming to earth can be described as party-time.  And parties rely on agreements such as dress-codes, themes, drinking, start/end times.  And the party is ruined only when that which is agreed upon is violated.
But even with piping and mourning, we cannot have agreement.
(Note that agreement, this harmony, comes from ourselves, our true selves, rather than externally imposed rules and traditions – as party-goers voluntarily and eagerly attend a party.)

When we, with a born-again child-like nature, abandon the wisdom and prudence of the world (which with internal contractions and chaos, invariably devolves into simplistic croaks) – we grow beyond the simple, girding ourselves with truth and wisdom.
For heavenly fellowship, beyond the croaks of polite platitudes, we have to be in agreement.

Amos 3:3
Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

Matthew 18:19-20
Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

The Greek (original language of the New Testament) term for ‘agree’ is sumphoneo.
This term means to be in harmony like musical instruments.
When we have this harmony, heaven truly has come to earth – as the party-time of heaven.
Maturity of children:
Ephesians 4:14-16
   That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

And, yes, you can have revival and restoration right now.
If two of you agree, like in a marriage, you can have a harmonious marriage right now.
If a hundred of you agree, then you can have a blessed village.
If a billion of you agree, then revival can sweep over much of the world.
But how do we start?  How can we possibly begin?  We have to say Good Morning and really mean it.

2 Corinthians 5:10
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

What we do is either good or evil.  There is no in-between.
Matthew 7:17-18
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Genesis 2:9
…and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

We live a complex world of nuance – but we are to bring all to the imputed righteousness of Christ.
Amos 5:14-15
Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken.
Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.

Revelation 20:12-15
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Romans 14:12
So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

We are judged on every idle word that we speak.
Matthew 12:35-36
A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

1 Timothy 1:4-6
…nor give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which cause disputes rather than godly edification which is in faith.
Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith,
from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to idle talk

Luke 6:45
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Deuteronomy 30:14-15
But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
   See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;

James 3:8-9
But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.

James 3:10-12
Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.

We speak our worlds, temporary or permanent, into existence.
When we get up in the morning, we should know that our speech builds our reality.

1 Corinthians 15:33-34
Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

We can only have true harmony, true fellowship, by agreeing on a proper, truthful reality.
As the world falls apart, and our reality becomes more and more dangerous and gloomy –  in a real and practical way, we talk through the gloom and bring light – a ray of sunshine and happiness – by focusing our speech towards the Word of God.

Proverbs 18:4
The words of a man's mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook.

Proverbs 10:11
The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.

Key to understanding the whore, and God’s hatred for the whore and fornication, is the term ‘flattery.’

Proverbs 2:16
   To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;

Proverbs 6:24-26
To keep thee from the evil woman, from the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman.
Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids.
For by means of a whorish woman a man is brought to a piece of bread: and the adulteress will hunt for the precious life.

Proverbs 7:5
That they may keep thee from the strange woman, from the stranger which flattereth with her words.

What is the nature of the whore?  She flatters to get the money.  She speaks to get the money.  She speaks to get what she wants.
Proverbs 7:20-22
He hath taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the day appointed.
With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him.
   He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks;

We might say that we don’t have the nature of this whore, and that we don’t speak with flattery.
But if we are in sales, we speak to manipulate to get the sale.
When we go to work, we speak to fit into the crowd, cheering a profitable financial quarter.
When we talk with friends, we seek to reach agreement on the pop cultural landscape.
Person 1: “’Breaking Bad’ was awesome.”  Person 2: “Yeah, I guess it was good.”
Our speech turns to the world (Satan's legal realm), the external, for agreement.  We are not speaking as our true selves.
We are not girded with truth – the truth of who we are – which only comes when Christ is revealed in us.
We either speak good or evil, with no in-between.  We are judged even on our idle words – as they are flattery to manipulate, to fit in, to get by in that social situation.
Matthew 12:37
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

And, as our life progresses, we repeatedly train ourselves to just speak those idle words that will be good enough.  “How are you?”  “I’m fine.”  “Good morning.”  “Good morning to you too.”

In the book of Job, when Job spoke with four others, God had to confront them to deliver the truth of the matter.
That being said, at least Job and his friends knew to speak as their true selves, from the heart, and to avoid even idle chatter which manipulates the situation – a flattery which makes us no better than the whore.
Job 17:4-5
For thou hast hid their heart from understanding: therefore shalt thou not exalt them.
He that speaketh flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail.

Job 32:21-22
Let me not, I pray you, accept any man's person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man.
For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away.

In a regular, everyday conversation with a neighbour, are we speaking as ourselves, speaking the world that God wants for us into existence – or are we manipulating the conversation to fit in and look good?
(We probably don’t even realize that we are manipulating in everyday conversations, as we have done it repeatedly, and everyone else does the same.)
Double minded, a double heart – we don’t speak from the true heart.
Psalm 12:2-5
They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak.
The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things:
Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us?
For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him.

It’s like when we go into church, and put on that fake pious look that the church tv programs show over and over again.  We then repeat the same pleasantries with fellow churchgoers that all church culture repeats, and we repeat the feel-good Bible verses.
Psalm 78:35-37
And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer.
Nevertheless they did flatter him with their mouth, and they lied unto him with their tongues.
For their heart was not right with him, neither were they stedfast in his covenant.

Paul’s ministry did not use that flattery or beguiling words that are a deceptive glorification of self – not speech from your heart of the true you.
We need to gird up our loins with the truth – not a cloak of covetousness.
1 Thessalonians 2:3-6
For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile:
But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.
For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloke of covetousness; God is witness:
Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Christ.

Isaiah 30:1
Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin

Wicked works as clothing:
Psalm 109:16-19
Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.
As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.
As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.
Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.

Isaiah 59:4-6
None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper.
Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands.

When we have that love for wisdom of the Word, we can speak our mind, as our true self, rebuking rather than trying to fit into the external, soulish, physical world.
Proverbs 28:23
He that rebuketh a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flattereth with the tongue.

Ultimately, conversation that we would see as normal and everyday ends in our destruction, as we never cultivated our true self, speaking our world into existence.
Psalm 36:2
For with his flattering opinion of himself, he does not discover and hate his iniquity.

Proverbs 29:5
A man that flattereth his neighbour spreadeth a net for his feet.

Proverbs 26:28
A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin.

When we see a person struggling with some health issues at Walmart, we might care, but, that person is just another face in the crowd.
A minute later, we have forgotten and are navigating the aisles of other people in the crowd.
Our person-to-person relationships in our large box stores are temporary, even with temporary staff working there – just like our world of the machine is temporary relationships with many people.

Casual relationships are like those with the whore rather than the ideal wife.
In our world of the machine, we are inundated with offhand, breezy relationships with many, many people.  We know people from television, online news, social media, internet gaming, etc.
But, for the harmony that we need with others, we need more than this casual fellowship – which is whore rather than wife.

However, even our in-person relationships with people with whom we spend a lot of time are littered with the usual platitudes of: “How are you?”  “Fine.”  “Whoo!  It’s Friday.”  “Good game last night.”   “It could be worse.”  “What goes around comes around.”  “It’s all good.”
We might as well be a robot on Facebook.

Even our expressions of love are that which has been repeated over and over again.
"I love you just the way you are."
“Do what you love.”
“If you love something, set it free.”
“Love – don’t judge.”
“Love me for who I am.”
“Son, your mother and I are getting divorced, but the important thing is that Mommy and Daddy really love you.”

Did we really care about that person struggling at Walmart?  If we’re honest, probably not.

Matthew 24:12
And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

Any revival needs that harmony, that agreement to which God will bear witness.
When we last said that platitude of “Good Morning” – did we truly mean it?
But the reality is that our pursuit of love mirrors some narrative lovey-dovey resolution from the Hollywood Machine, or a crappy “Girl I love you” song from a boy-band, and is so simple that it can be a one-liner on a Hallmark greeting card.

2 Timothy 3:1-3
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
   Without natural affection

As corporations, selling things we don’t need, sponsor newsroom clips of us tearing each other apart – it’s becoming evident that our plastic smiles and insincere platitudes cannot provide that agreement to hold societies together.
Mark 13:12
Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

God’s people are truly tired of the soulish world of endless talk.
God’s people don’t want to have to have an opinion on the latest outrage trending on Twitter.  God’s people don’t want to have to react to the latest new thing injected into the news cycle.
God’s people want to live their lives as themselves, with freedom to be their true, unique selves – not slaves having to navigate the latest shocking whatever.
God’s people are sick of the latest young hero who appears on Youtube with solutions and opinions that are no better than the ill-fated rules from the authoritarian politicians.
God’s people don’t want to see another advert selling a T-shirt with a political slogan to accuse those on the other side of the aisle.
God’s people want to relax.  God’s people relax in the Lord.

1 Peter 5:7
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Psalm 55:22
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

God’s people are disgusted with the endless moralizing from the news programs and podcasts with a timeslot to fill.  (And, of course, nowadays most religious moralizing comes from atheists or secular people in the form of news commentary and personal advice.)
God’s people realize that all of these opinions, point-of-views, angles, hot-takes – even those with passion in their voices – are complete garbage.  These grifters have no solutions as the world crumbles.

As the world burns with the fires of finger-pointing, accusations, screams demanding ‘common sense’ (agree with me and my buddies), new rules from new moralities, more interview shows exalting a new hero with a smile like Valentino – God’s people see the abyss.

God’s people stand on a precipice with nothing much to say.

Romans 15:18
For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word (logos) and deed

Philippians 2:16
Holding forth the word (logos) of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

God’s people reach up for and cling to the only thing that will survive the fires of the world – the Word of God.
The original language of the New Testament: Greek – translates the ‘Word’ (of God) to ‘logos’.
John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word (logos), and the Word (logos) was with God, and the Word (logos) was God.

But, in the beginning, God spoke the world into existence (Old Testament).
Genesis 1:9-11
And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.
And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

The Greek New Testament also has an alternate word for the ‘Word’ (of God): ‘rhema’ which is the spoken word – emphasizing our need to speak the Word.
Acts 10:37
   That word (rhema), I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;

We need to speak the Word for harmony.
2 Corinthians 13:1
This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word (rhema) be established.

God’s people realize that we speak our reality into existence.  We can choose to be the accuser with rules and destroy, or we can choose to speak the truth and build.
God spoke the world into existence.  But God says that any revival or restoration is your job.  He’s already provided all that you need.
Proverbs 11:11
By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.

We need the provisions from God (that have already been given from the foundations of the world) so that we don’t end up like those who bring hell to earth with their desire to fill their podcast, cable news program, news conference, or sermon with endless chatter.
Psalm 141:3
Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.

1 Peter 1:15
   But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

Ecclesiastes 5:1
Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.

Psalm 39:1-4
I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.
I was dumb with silence, I held my peace, even from good; and my sorrow was stirred.
My heart was hot within me, while I was musing the fire burned: then spake I with my tongue,
LORD, make me to know mine end, and the measure of my days, what it is; that I may know how frail I am.

God’s people know that who you truly are (heart) is expressed via speech.
Proverbs 16:23-24
The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to his lips.
Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

If we remain of the world, our speech from the heart is evil.
Matthew 12:34
O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

Psalm 28:3
Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbours, but mischief is in their hearts.

Jeremiah 9:8
Their tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaketh deceit: one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in heart he layeth his wait.

Isaiah 32:6
For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

Psalm 27:12
Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.

We need to cleansed.  (A cleansing which God already has made available.)
Ezekiel 36:25
Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

We need that new heart and spiritual renewal.
Ezekiel 36:26-27
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

With our new heart, we move into our new reality, guided by the Lord.
Proverbs 16:9
A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.

Proper Christians’ new reality is a dedicated, passionate love of the truth – pondering/studying/considering/meditating on the truth – rather than yoking oneself to the accusatory/outrage culture of the Devil’s world of endless chatter.
Proverbs 15:28
The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.

We follow the example of Apollos, and become educated in the Word, defeating ignorance.
Acts 18:24-28
And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.
This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.
And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.
And when he was disposed to pass into Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him: who, when he was come, helped them much which had believed through grace:
For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ.

Notice how Apollos kept on learning.  When he made a mistake, Aquila and Priscilla helped him learn the truth.  (So the man Apollos could speak in the synagogue and publicly.)
A passionate love affair with the truth is like the love with the ideal wife – not the flippant, insincere, temporary relationship with the whore – a relationship that ultimately has no meaning.
Proper Christians don’t fill the air with ill-advised and unconsidered notations and offhand, frivolous ideas.
1 Corinthians 10:23
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

Psalm 37:30
The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.

Proverbs 8:6-8
Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things.
For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.
All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them.

Proverbs 10:21
The lips of the righteous feed many: but fools die for want of wisdom.

To speak into existence a world that will fall apart, you just keep speaking, and eventually lies will come out – speaking a rickety, temporary world of lies into existence.
Proverbs 29:11
A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

Psalm 15:1-3
LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?
He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.
He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

Proverbs 22:10
Cast out the scorner, and contention shall go out; yea, strife and reproach shall cease.

God will not bear witness to those who, with feigned lips, adhere to flippant, breezy, disingenuous expressions of ‘Good Morning’ or ‘Stay Safe’ – that will endear you to the world.
Psalm 17:1
Hear the right, O LORD, attend unto my cry, give ear unto my prayer, that goeth not out of feigned lips.

Psalm 34:13
Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

Psalm 55:21
The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.

Psalm 62:4
They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

Psalm 106:33
Because they provoked his spirit, so that he spake unadvisedly with his lips.

Proper Christians carefully consider their blade run.
1 Corinthians 9:26
I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air

Proper Christians carefully consider their words.
Ecclesiastes 5:2-6
Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.
For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice is known by multitude of words.
When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.
Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?

Proverbs 13:3
He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.

Proverbs 10:19
In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.

Psalm 50:22-23
Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.

As we build our new reality, those in Christ take heed, pay attention, and consider carefully regarding building on the foundation.
1 Corinthians 3:10-15
According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
   Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

Romans 15:20-22
Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation:
But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand.
For which cause also I have been much hindered from coming to you.

2 Timothy 2:20-21
But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

Importantly, we need to remember that God has left us.
Matthew 25:14-23
For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey. (Talents are units of money.)
Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

(Yes, spiritually, God isn’t too far away, but, strictly speaking, he did leave us.)

Psalm 145:18
The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

God from afar:
Luke 20:9
Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time.

Jesus left us.
Mark 13:34
For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

We have communion in remembrance of Jesus.
Luke 22:19
And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

The test that is life is to overcome with what God has already given us.
Revelation 3:21
To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

With Jesus Christ’s departure, we have the Holy Spirit.
John 16:7
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

John 14:26
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

The Holy Spirit brings remembrance of Christ and all things.
John 14:16-19
   And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

And Christ only returns for a prepared bride – after a restoration of all things.
Acts 3:20-21
And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

This life isn’t a simulation.  It’s not a dressed rehearsal.  It’s the real thing.
You’ve spotted evil.  Do you choose to target with your weaponry and air ‘em out?

Your mission, should you choose to accept it – begins with assessing what you have.

Luke 14:31
Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?

Proverbs 20:18
Every purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make war.

Should you accept your mission from God – assess what God has given you: five talents, two talents, one, ten?
What do you already have – fishing skills?  Internet programming skills? A unique inventory of odd items?  The ability to read and process information quickly?  Language skills?

And, as proper Christians, we have what the departed Jesus has left us.
We have all 66 books of the Bible – the water of the Word.
John 15:3
Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Ephesians 5:26
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word

We have the legal right to redemption through the blood Covenant.
Ephesians 1:7
   In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

Justified: meaning just as if we’ve never sinned.
Romans 5:9
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Sanctify: meaning made holy, set apart to God.
Hebrews 13:12
Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

In addition to the Word and the blood Covenant – we have the Holy Spirit.
1 John 5:5-8
Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

In the Old Testament, the Hebrew term ‘ruach’ means spirit, breath, or wind.
As children who have grown up, matured, we are to instantiate what God and Christ have left us – our talents and the Holy Spirit.
Did you know that you cannot speak without breathing?  (Which is why they want face masks.)
When we speak the Word, we bring life (quicken) with the Spirit.
John 6:63
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

With that which we have, we should be able to judge the world and angels.
1 Corinthians 6:2-3
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

When Jesus breathed on us, we receive the Holy Spirit – and with him (the person that is the Holy Spirit), we are able to forgive sins.
John 20:22-23
And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

Followers of Christ judge the twelve tribes.
Matthew 19:28
And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

The just rule over the wicked.
Psalm 49:14
Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.

To be truly purple – to truly be of God, we not only carefully contemplate what we say, but when we speak.
We are sensitive to the guidance from the Holy Spirit.
Paul and the disciples were guided away from preaching in Asia.

Acts 16:6-7
Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia,
After they were come to Mysia, they assayed to go into Bithynia: but the Spirit suffered them not.

Conversely:
Acts 8:29
Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.

Having the Word and the blood covenant of Christ is great, but when we can breathe in tune with the Holy Spirit, and speak rightly at the right time – we truly have harmony with our fellow man – and build a new world of revival, heaven coming to earth.  Reacting on cue to whatever the Devil injects into the news cycle or the pop-culture landscape (to shape his people) is not building God’s new world.
Proverbs 25:11-13
A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.
As an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold, so is a wise reprover upon an obedient ear.
As the cold of snow in the time of harvest, so is a faithful messenger to them that send him: for he refresheth the soul of his masters.

Proverbs 15:23
A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!

Isaiah 50:4
The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.

Back in the day, God needed one man.  That’s all God needed.  One man.
The man said no.

Jeremiah 1:4-6
Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.

Luke 13:34
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, but you were not willing!

But Jeremiah did speak to Jerusalem – that Jerusalem which kills prophets, and is unwilling to have harmonious gathering of God’s people.
Jeremiah spoke of God’s remembrance of our youthful, child-like zeal for the Lord.
Jeremiah 2:1-2
Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
Go and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; I remember thee, the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals, when thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown.

But for revival, a restoration – God needs more than one man.  He needs that agreement, that harmony amongst his people.
Jeremiah 7:3-7
Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.
Trust ye not in lying words, saying, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, are these.
   For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour;
If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt:
Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever.

But, society decayed, as we escaped into our fantasies, thinking that we were wise, but subject to whims of the culture of croaks.
Proverbs 29:20
Seest thou a man that is hasty in his words? there is more hope of a fool than of him.

Jeremiah 4:22
For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

Jeremiah 7:24
But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.

Truth leaves those choosing escapism, and is cut off from their mouth.
Jeremiah 7:28
But thou shalt say unto them, This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the LORD their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.

And no party:
Jeremiah 7:34
Then will I cause to cease from the cities of Judah, and from the streets of Jerusalem, the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride: for the land shall be desolate.

When we open our eyes in the morning, most will be happy to navigate the latest discourse of whatever outrage the machine chooses to input into our circuitry.
You may be happy to praise the new political heroes on your side of the aisle and send ‘thoughts and prayers’ to the latest weepy images of the newest tragedy that will finally unite us.

Getting by in our new world of temporary, plastic relationships – agreement with the external world (a world tossed about by the whims of the Devil and his hierarchies of big tech, government, and big media) – is just a breezy, insincere ‘Good Morning’ away.

But some, in the morning, would rather open up their wrists than their eyes.

Ezekiel 9:4
And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.

Those that sigh and cry at the progressive fall of this world – can receive agreement – that harmony with those who build a new, permanent world in the form of the breath of speech – the refreshing water of the Word.
Proverbs 25:25
As cold waters to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country.

Psalm 63:1
   O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;

Isaiah 44:3-4
For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:
And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.

Water of the Word made flesh:
John 4:10-14
Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?
Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?
Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

Holy Spirit via the washing of the Word:
John 7:37-39
In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

And if you receive breathed Word of a Spirit-inspired man of God, you can pass on the harmonious agreement to a child desperate for the cold, refreshing cup of water.
Matthew 10:40-42
He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.
And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

If you incline your ear and receive that breathed Word, you can freely have your reward.
Isaiah 55:1-3
Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

With a Word of harmony, you can look that child in the eye, and finally say Good Morning and truly mean it.
Isaiah 59:21
As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, will always be on your lips, on the lips of your children and on the lips of their descendants, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.
