Turning water into wine.
It’s a great party trick – if you can do it.

Actually, the greatest party ever requires that party trick.
And it’s your job.

Mark 14:13
Go ye into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him.

Faith:
Luke 17:6
And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

Mark 11:23
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Jesus wondered about his disciples’ faith.
Luke 8:23-25
But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy.
And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm.
And he said unto them, Where is your faith?

Why didn’t they have faith to calm the storm?
Jesus was pleased that Peter went forward to take a walk on the water.
But Jesus was disappointed that Peter’s faith fell short.
Matthew 14:28-31
And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.
And he said, Come.  And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.
And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

The goal of Christians is not getting to heaven.
The goal of Christians is bringing heaven to earth and qualifying for the resurrection.

Ezekiel 34:26
And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.

Acts 14:17
Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.

After Muslim chastisement and trials:
Revelation 20:4
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Bringing heaven in earthly terms can be described as ‘party time’ – a wedding party even.

Matthew 22:1-10
And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,
The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,
And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.
Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.
But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.
But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.
So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.

When a woman began what was leading towards ‘false Virgin Mary’ worship, Christ rebuked her.
Luke 11:27-28
And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.
But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

Similarly, Jesus had to question his mother, the Virgin Mary.
John 2:1-4
And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:
And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.
And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

Jesus’ time had not come yet.  Jesus’ time for wine would come later.
But what would a party be without wine?
Christ’s first miracle, though through reluctance, would be like ‘stage magic’.
It does look like a magic trick:
John 2:6-9
And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.
Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.
And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast.  And they bare it.
When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine...

The result was the best wine ever.
John 2:10-11
…but thou hast kept the good wine until now.
This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

But why was Jesus reluctant to do this miracle?
Because it’s our job to turn water into wine.  Christ’s time for wine was later.
To Christ, it’s disappointing when, like Peter, we cannot walk on water or silence storms.
John 14:12
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

We speak the Word of God (washing of the Word) to change our hearts and speak our permanent world into existence.  The world we create is the party of wine and women.

For party time, we need alcohol.
And, of course, we need chicks.

(In the King James Version of the Bible, this is: wine and women).
Daniel 5:1-3
Belshazzar the king made a great feast to a thousand of his lords, and drank wine before the thousand.
Belshazzar, whiles he tasted the wine, commanded to bring the golden and silver vessels which his father Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of the temple which was in Jerusalem; that the king, and his princes, his wives, and his concubines, might drink therein.
Then they brought the golden vessels that were taken out of the temple of the house of God which was at Jerusalem; and the king, and his princes, his wives, and his concubines, drank in them.

King Solomon linked wine to women (specifically, the love between husband and wife).
Song of Solomon 1:2
Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine.

Song of Solomon 4:10
How fair is thy love, my sister, my spouse! how much better is thy love than wine!

Song of Solomon 7:9
And the roof of thy mouth like the best wine for my beloved, that goeth down sweetly, causing the lips of those that are asleep to speak.

Red rubies:
Proverbs 31:6-10
Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.
Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.
Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

Ecclesiastes 9:7-9
Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works.
Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment.
Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of the life of thy vanity

Why the ‘wine – woman (love in marriage)’ linkage?
Because God sees his people as his woman, his bride.
2 Corinthians 11:2
For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

Isaiah 62:5
For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.

And the creation of his people (fermentation of wine) takes a long time (water of the Word into wine).
John 15:3
Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

John 3:5
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Ezekiel 36:25
Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

1 Peter 1:6-7
Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

2 Corinthians 4:16-17
…but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
   For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

1 Peter 5:10
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Anyway, back to the party with the alcohol and the chicks.
Daniel 5:4-6,30
They drank wine, and praised the gods of gold, and of silver, of bronze, of iron, of wood, and of stone.
In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.
Then the king's countenance was changed, and his thoughts troubled him, so that the joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another.
…In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain.

Yeah, that's not gone well.
But, let’s go to another party with lots of wine.
Esther 1:7-8
And they gave them drink in vessels of gold, (the vessels being diverse one from another,) and royal wine in abundance, according to the state of the king.
And the drinking was according to the law; none did compel: for so the king had appointed to all the officers of his house, that they should do according to every man's pleasure.

Great party – No chicks though.  hmm…
But they’re bringing a hottie!
Esther 1:10-12
On the seventh day, when the heart of the king was merry with wine, he commanded Mehuman, Biztha, Harbona, Bigtha, and Abagtha, Zethar, and Carcas, the seven chamberlains that served in the presence of Ahasuerus the king,
To bring Vashti the queen before the king with the crown royal, to shew the people and the princes her beauty: for she was fair to look on.
But the queen Vashti refused to come at the king's commandment by his chamberlains: therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger burned in him.

That’s not gone well.  The hottie never showed up.

You might be wondering why these parties fell flat.
In fact, you might wonder why the many parties that you’ve been to are crap.
Not just parties – but human interaction in general.
In fact, you might be wondering why there’s so much desperation, hunger, pain, awfulness in this world.
It's because we're not living as humans.

In this world, we have free will.
We have choices.
1 Kings 18:21
if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

Matthew 27:17
Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?

While we might have certain restraints on our behaviours, we can express who we are, and who we want to be.
In fact, the rise of lawlessness in these last days – this freedom from ‘traditional’ morality – will aid us all in expressing who we are.
Matthew 24:12
And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.

2 Timothy 3:1-2
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy

The image of mankind is not complete.
The just move towards righteousness.
Proverbs 15:24
The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath.

Isaiah 26:7
The way of the just is uprightness: thou, most upright, dost weigh the path of the just.

But this is not the whole picture.
Those who turn away from Christ also move towards completeness.
Since Pharaoh had made his decision regarding his attitude towards the Israelites, God amplified this decision, by hardening Pharaoh’s heart.
Exodus 5:2
And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go.

Exodus 7:3
And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.

Exodus 10:27
But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he would not let them go.

And this world is not only for the perfection (alternative translations are: maturity, fulfillment, completion) of the righteous, but also for the wicked.  The fullness of the wicked.
Genesis 15:16
…for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full.

Daniel 8:23
And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full

Matthew 23:32-33
Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

All have rain in the due season.
Matthew 5:45
That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

The good wheat and the wicked tares both grow until harvest.
Matthew 13:25,30
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat...
Let both grow together until the harvest

But, whoever you choose to be – your time is now.
Revelation 22:11
He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

Those who are of Christ walk on water –  and what is the journey?
The journey is our path towards good works started by the Holy Spirit.
John 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth

Ephesians 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Titus 2:14
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

And we improve, becoming more and more Christ-like.
Colossians 3:10
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him

Proverbs 4:18
But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

And what is the destination?
The destination is the party – with wine and beautiful women.
How can we describe this destination?  It’s becoming human.

Christ became a man.
Romans 1:3
   Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;

Galatians 4:4
But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law

But what does that mean?
We can look around and see men as not being trees, or turtles, or horses.
So, Christ came in human, male form – but what else?
Christ is what mankind should be.  He’s what all humans should be.
When Christ came to do God’s will, the first man was replaced by the second man.
Hebrews 10:9
Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.

The first man (Adam) fell via sin, but the second redeemed us.
Christ (as the last Adam) was made a quickening (which means: life-giving) spirit.
1 Corinthians 15:45-47
And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

Priests of the Adamic nature could never remove our sin permanently – unlike Christ.
Hebrews 10:11-12
And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
   But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

Christ knew how to apply The Law.
Christ knew that The Law was made for man, not man made for The Law.
Christ did not succumb to guilt (from the accuser).
Mark 2:27-28
And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:
Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

Matthew 5:17
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Christ’s becoming human meant fulfilling The Law by being of the Spirit – linked to God via the Spirit, not the fleshly nature (our own efforts, senses, and selfish desires).
By being of the Spirit – we fulfill The Law.
Matthew 22:37-40
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Romans 8:2-5
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Being human is to truly be free.
Galatians 5:13-14
For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Galatians 6:2
Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Being of the Spirit (linked to God) and therefore serving/loving each other was integral in Christ becoming human.
This is being human – proper fellowship with other men (becoming a servant to others) and proper fellowship with God (following in servitude via the Holy Spirit).

Christ didn’t believe that it would be robbery (a crime) to be equal with God.
But, as he took the likeness of man (becoming a human), he became a servant.
Philippians 2:3-8
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

In likewise fashion, we present our fleshly nature (our bodies) to God, and renew our mind (renew our soul – which can be defined as our will, our intellect, and our feelings) – by being connected via the spirit to the perfection that is God.
Romans 12:1-2
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Mark 1:8
I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.

But, you might look in the mirror and say, I’m a human.
You might say that you have arms, legs, skin, hair, etc.

You might say that you don’t need to be of Christ, or a servant, or any of this, to be human.

Genesis 6:2,4
That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose…
There were giants (nephilim) in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Many believe that fallen angels (allied with Satan) polluted the genetics of the human race in this fashion.

2 Samuel 21:20
And there was yet a battle in Gath, where was a man of great stature, that had on every hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he also was born to the giant.

Why would the Devil do this?
Firstly, the Devil cannot hurt God, but he can cause problems for God’s image – mankind.
Genesis 1:26
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness

Secondly, the Devil always wanted to be like God and have worship from his own people.
And he builds his people from existing humans.
Isaiah 14:13-14
For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
   …and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Fast-forwarding to modern times, again, the Devil’s plan is to make humans become inhuman.
Christ’s humanity necessitated being of the Spirit – and linked upwards to God.
But to be inhuman, we need to fall down – man, then birds, then animals and reptiles.
Romans 1:21-23
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

And with this inhumanity, the Devil can legitimately claim his own people.
Hypothetically, the Devil could approach God, and say, “your Word says:”
1 Peter 3:7
Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

And the Devil would then say to God, “This does not apply to my people.”
“My people love video games, virtual reality, fantasy movies, and comic-book culture.  Women are just as strong as men there, physically and emotionally.
Women are interchangeable with men – with my gender-bending people.”

You might have wondered, in a world of social media, email, smartphones, drug use (prescription and illegal), food additives, sex dolls, and transgender surgeries – if we are really living as humans.

With smartphones, social media, and search engines, we have artificial intelligence regulating/censoring/interfering with human communication and fellowship.
And these technologies enforce new religions (social justice, feminism, hurt feelings) that silence/censor our speech.
Are we having proper fellowship with each other – as humans?
Acts 2:42
And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

1 Peter 4:8-9
And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
Use hospitality one to another without grudging.

1 Corinthians 16:20
All the brethren greet you.  Greet ye one another with an holy kiss.

Even before internet culture, we enjoyed our television, radio, and fantasy books – so we could get away from the complainers, busybodies, and naggers.
Jude 1:16
   These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts;

2 Thessalonians 3:11
For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.

1 Timothy 5:13
And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.

As opposed to being humble, the Devil can tell God that his people love pride.
"They teach pride as a virtue.  You can see the pride parades."
Proverbs 16:5
Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.

Psalm 10:2
The wicked in his pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined.

And, the Devil can tell God that his people are fine being fatties.
They have their diabetes pills.

Case Study: Face Porn, the Art of the Whore – a Portrait in Flesh

Even before the internet, technology twisted our perceptions and morals.
As television entered households, the phenomenon of ‘talking heads’ emerged.

Thusly, a woman’s beauty was from the neck and up.
As a man, you could enjoy a woman’s face, hair, makeup, and smile.
Therefore, the modesty standard of the West – the morality of men – became that a man enjoying the beauty of a woman below the neck (legs, waist, buttocks, etc.) was suspect.

Even now, one can find videos of women, who happen to have beautiful faces and hair, castigating other women who show their beauty – beautiful legs, arms, waist, breasts, etc.

Why do we have Islam?
So, via the burka, God can show professing Christians how hypocritical they are when they religiously cover one part of women’s beauty, but not the other.
If a woman’s beauty is not to be seen – why do we show any of it?
If a woman’s beauty is to be seen – why wouldn’t we see all of it?

How do we assess a man’s spiritual condition?
We see his glory.
1 Corinthians 11:7
…but the woman is the glory of the man.

Does a glorified man have a fat/loud/boisterous/disobedient wife or a sexy/quiet/content/obedient wife?
Proverbs 27:15-16
A continual dropping on a very rainy day and a contentious woman are alike.
He who would restrain her restrains the wind, and grasps oil with his right hand.

And woman is our highest art.

Who are you to limit how a man displays the beauty of his wife?
Who are you to limit his glory?
A busybody is the level of a murderer.
1 Peter 4:15
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.

Those in Christ walk on water.
The water is the washing of the Word – to turn us (Christ’s bride – a woman) – into fermented drink – a long process – wine.
We speak the Word of God (washing of the Word) to change our hearts and speak our permanent world into existence.  The world we create is the party of wine and women.
Ephesians 5:26
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word

The Word is a sword.
Isaiah 49:2
   And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword;

The sword is two-edged.
Revelation 1:16
And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword

The double-edged nature of the sword is critical.
Many have misused the Word, the sword, for their own purposes.
For example, communists have used:
Acts 2:45
And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.
To create:
"From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs."

Buddhists have used the idea of ‘reaping what you sow’ for their idea of Karma: good or bad actions coming back towards you.
Galatians 6:7
...for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

And, so many preachers (who should stop) have used the Word for their own personal ambition.
2 Corinthians 11:13
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.

Jeremiah 14:14
Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.

2 Corinthians 2:17
For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

2 Corinthians 4:2
But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

Those who misuse the Word of God create a replacement morality.
Ezekiel 28:2
Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God

Turning water into wine can be a two-edged sword.
Linkage of wine to woman from King Solomon:
Proverbs 23:30-33
…they that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine.
Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright.
At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.
Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things.

Proverbs 31:3-5
Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings.
It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink:
Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.

The fullness of mankind’s image is one of rebellion.
As God views us as his bride – one bride – humanity reaches fullness as the Whore of Babylon.
The Whore of Babylon is the Catholic Church – specifically, its exaltation of female authority – the false Virgin Mary.
But the Whore of Babylon is more than that.
Like the Catholic Church, so many professing Christians (various denominations and non-denominations) pervert the water that is the Word.
And, so many non-Christians use ideologies that derive from the Word (philosophies, false religions, rules) for their own selfish desires.
All humanity (not just Catholics) builds itself up as the triumph of the perversion of the Word – the Whore of Babylon – us as the rebellious bride.
Revelation 17:2,4-6
…the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication…
And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

Revelation 18:3
For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication…

Female authority
(our rebellion) stole the vineyard.
1 Kings 21:7
And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thine heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.

Jeremiah 12:10
Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard, they have trodden my portion under foot, they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness.

Yeah, that’s not gone well.
If we’re honest, that’s not gone well at all.

What were we supposed to do with this ‘magic trick’ – turning water into wine?
John 6:53-54
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

We eat the bread (breaking bread as fellowship with Christ – who is fully God and fully man – reflective of our relationship to God and our fellow man).
John 6:51
I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

The bread is the flesh of Christ – and the flesh of Christ is the Word – which should be in us – internalised in the heart.
John 1:14
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…

Matthew 4:4
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Jeremiah 1:9
And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

Jeremiah 15:16
Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart

We live on the Word.  The Word sustains us in our walk on water – the washing of the Word.
And it renders us not guilty.  A Pass Over.
Exodus 12:5,8,13
Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year…
And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it…
And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.

And our communion with God has to be with blood.
Leviticus 17:11
For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

Hebrews 9:22
And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

What is this drinking of the blood of Christ for communion?
It started with the Passover.
Mark 14:12
And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover?

Four Passover cups are traditionally drank based on Exodus 6:6-7
Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:
And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.

  1. The Cup of Sanctification - “I will bring you out”
  2. The Cup of Deliverance/Plagues/Judgment - “I will deliver you from bondage”
  3. The Cup of Redemption/Blessing - “I will redeem you”
  4. The Cup of Praise/Hope/Kingdom/Salvation/Restoration - “I will take you for My people”

But, with the ceremony of Passover (the last supper), Christ drank the third cup of redemption, but did not drink the fourth cup.
And this third cup of redemption was to a New Covenant (Testament).
The fourth cup of wine would be with his people – in the kingdom.
Matthew 26:28-29
For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.

To get to that fourth cup, Christ had to drink a different cup.
Luke 22:42
Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

God directly wrote his Law three times.
Firstly under the Old Covenant (Testament) to command:
Exodus 31:18
And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.

Secondly under the Old Covenant (Testament) to condemn:
Daniel 5:5,27
In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.
…Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.

Christianity is not a set of rules.
The rules in The Law of Moses are perfect, and we failed.
So, God had another plan (not more rules).
He sent Christ to write once more.
Thirdly, Christ wrote under the New Covenant (Testament) to forgive.
When Christ wrote to forgive, he wrote on the ground.
Rather than a hard ground, in order to be able to write on it, this ground must have been dirt, sand or dust – something eroded.
Christ didn’t write on a hard stone tablet or a hard wall, but on an eroded surface – a broken surface.  He wrote the broken Law for one adulterous woman – as he sees his people as one bride.
John 8:4-8
They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

And the sins of that one adulterous woman are for us all, as God previously promised to write sins on the ground for all sinners.
Jeremiah 17:13
O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.

Only by being guided by the Holy Spirit to Christ, can the writing on the ground be not only us named as sinners, but also forgiven – Christ’s broken heart for a broken Law.
John 7:37-39
In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

How did Christ forgive?  By drinking that cup.
Under The Perfect Law of Moses, the adulterous woman would be cursed by drinking the cup of floor dust.
Numbers 5:16-17,23-28
And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the LORD:
And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water…
And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water:
And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter.
Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the offering before the LORD, and offer it upon the altar:
And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water.
And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.
And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed.

Christ would drink that cup of dust that was due to us – as the adulterous woman – the wife/bride of God/Christ.
He would not mix the bitter drink with gall (poison that kills the pain).
Amos 6:12
…for ye have turned judgment into gall, and the fruit of righteousness into hemlock

Matthew 27:34
They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink.

He drank the cup of full bitterness.
John 19:28-30
After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.
Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth.
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

Jesus was made a curse that we might receive the blessing.
Galatians 3:13-14
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Jesus did not die from being crucified.
Unlike others crucified, Jesus did not need his legs to be broken to die; he was already dead.
John 19:31-33
The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.
Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him.
But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs

How did Christ die?  He died of a broken heart.
Christ was cut off from the only true goodness, the Father.
After taking our sin, for the first time, the Father would not answer Christ.
Mark 15:34
And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Psalm 22:1-2,14,16,18
My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
…I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
…they pierced my hands and my feet.
…They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.

Psalm 88:4-6,13-16
I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength:
Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand.
Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps...
But unto thee have I cried, O LORD; and in the morning shall my prayer prevent thee.
LORD, why castest thou off my soul? why hidest thou thy face from me?
I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up: while I suffer thy terrors I am distracted.
Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off.

For communion, why do we drink wine as Christ’s blood?
After drinking the bitter cup of our sin – a broken Law – Christ’s heart broke as he was cut off from God.

We drink the blood of Christ’s heart – a broken heart.
By drinking communion (and breaking bread) we have proper fellowship with God and man (Christ being fully God and fully human).

We change our hearts over time by adding the blood of Christ – blood of a broken heart for a broken Law.

Christ came not only by blood, but also the washing of his Word.
1 John 5:6
This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood.

John 19:34
But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.

All of us partake in the Word.  What built western civilization and beyond?
Mosaic Law created contracts, court laws, rules of conduct – even simple politeness.
Something as simple as ‘telling the truth’ is from The Law, the Word.
Matthew 19:18
Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness

King Solomon’s wisdom spread:
2 Chronicles 9:23
And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, that God had put in his heart.

1 Kings 10:1
And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the LORD…

Matthew 12:42
   ...for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon;

Old Covenant wisdom spread:
Deuteronomy 28:64
   And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other;

Leviticus 26:33
And I will scatter you among the heathen…

Reported around the world:
Mark 13:10
And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

Nations which have touched by the Bible enjoy the blessings of economic abundance, and healthy, intelligent people (even as those blessings fade away as nations turn away).
Psalm 33:12
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

Psalm 144:15
Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.

1 Peter 2:9-10
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Even now, pundits (left-wing, right-wing, centrist, etc.) speak their views, opinions, rules and prescriptions.
However, all these pundits ignore that their speaking (free speech, intelligence, communication technologies, an economy) is based on the blessings that western civilization has because of the Word.

(When the Word is stripped from the West and the world, we will see the true nature of humanity: pedophilia, genocide, cannibalism, torture, Satanic sacrifice… and other stuff.  You’ll find out.)

We have a choice of two.
Joshua 24:15
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell

And the Word is likened to a two-edged sword.
Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Similarly: wine and women.  They can be great for the party.
Proverbs 31:26-29
She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.

Deuteronomy 14:26
And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink…

1 Corinthians 10:31
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

But wine and women can result in an awful party.
Proverbs 5:3-5
For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil:
But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a twoedged sword.
Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.

Proverbs 20:1
Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.

Isaiah 5:22
Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink

When we drink – do it for a proper relationship with God (guided by the Holy Spirit)… and proper fellowship with your fellow man.
Ephesians 5:18-21
   And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
   Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
   Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Sharpen the blade:
Proverbs 27:17
Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.

In addition to Christians reaching perfection (maturity, fulfilment, completion), the wicked also reach their zenith.
Ezekiel 3:27
Thus saith the Lord GOD; He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.

Daniel 12:10
Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Why?
So Christians can examine themselves.
Proverbs 16:4
The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

When we eat and drink communion, we look in the mirror, and examine ourselves.
1 Corinthians 11:24-32
And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.
Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

Importantly, Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Christ, was at the communion table.
Mark 14:18
And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eateth with me shall betray me.

With the fullness of the wicked, the mirror helps us examine ourselves.
In fact, those who are ‘undecided’ – that is, professing Christians (and others) who are not totally committed to Christ can see that they drink from both cups.
1 Corinthians 10:20-21
But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.

James 1:8
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Revelation 3:15-16
I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

So many professing Christians accept gender-bending women who dress as men and take men’s jobs, and are okay with gay marriage, transgenderism, promoting ‘pride’ and being ‘proud,’ greed and personal ambition.
But, God will turn up the volume and ask these professing Christians (and others) if they are okay with pedophilia, cannibalism, governmental property confiscation/imprisonment in the name of social justice, and the triumph of Islam.

The fullness of the wicked will almost force you to contemplate your part in creating hell on earth.
2 Kings 6:28-29
Give thy son, that we may eat him to day, and we will eat my son to morrow.
So we boiled my son, and did eat him

Jeremiah 19:9
And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend in the siege and straitness...

Ezekiel 5:10
   Therefore the fathers shall eat the sons in the midst of thee, and the sons shall eat their fathers;

If you are an atheist/agnostic/professing Christian/philosopher/Buddhist/Wiccan/Hindu/Darwinist/etc… (really – everyone) then now is your time to change the world.

Revel in your time!

But what matters is lasting results.  There’s no point otherwise.
Where are your wins that will stand the test of time?
(But know that in the Western world, you only have the ability to speak your ideologies in a civilization built by the Word.)
When God strips away his Word from this world, you will see the hellish results.
Fullness separates the sheep and goats.
Matthew 25:32-33
And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

Luke 19:27
But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.

Genesis 2:17
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it

Genesis 3:6-7
And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

When Adam and Eve ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they made clothing.
Why?
Because they knew what naked was and thus the comparable condition of being clothed.
They knew how to be naked (without anything, poor, destitute) and how to be clothed (have plenty, live in abundance).
But knowledge of good and evil does not end there – as nakedness can be repentance of ‘good’ works of metaphorical clothing, in addition to being naked for poverty or even fornication.
Similarly, clothed can be clothed in a role that the Lord guides you to, or it can be rebellion or gender-bending – or metaphorically putting on the clothing of Christ’s righteousness or Satan’s evil.

And, the unlimited beauty of a woman (as God see us as his wife) – our highest art, can be expressed in her nakedness, or the art of clothing (fashion).

In short, naked was a blank condition, but knowledge of it brought its opposite – being clothed (and understanding of what naked meant), which opened a world of possibilities – the fullness of good, or the fullness of evil.
It opened a world of unlimited potential – incredible upside and extraordinary downside.

So why are we doing all of this?
Oh yeah, the party with wine and hot chicks – a party beyond this temporary world.
1 Corinthians 15:19
If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

Hebrews 11:13
These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off

2 Corinthians 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

It really did look like a magic trick.
When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine…

But this magic trick really is our job – turning water into wine.
When I was arrested as a Blade Runner, the culmination of the encounter was God saying:
“I need the old Blade Runner.  I need your magic.”
And God needs his people to take the water of the Word to perform that magic trick.

1 Corinthians 6:11
And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

As the water (of the Word) ferments into wine (a long process) we can see it as a party trick – as King Solomon likens women to wine  – (women examining themselves to become hot).
Esther 2:12
Now when every maid's turn was come to go in to king Ahasuerus, after that she had been twelve months, according to the manner of the women, (for so were the days of their purifications accomplished, to wit, six months with oil of myrrh, and six months with sweet odours, and with other things for the purifying of the women;)

Revelation 19:7
…for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

Luke 22:18
For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.

2 Peter 1:19
We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts

Remember that party that was great until the hottie didn’t show up?
Esther 1:10-12
On the seventh day, when the heart of the king was merry with wine, he commanded Mehuman, Biztha, Harbona, Bigtha, and Abagtha, Zethar, and Carcas, the seven chamberlains that served in the presence of Ahasuerus the king,
To bring Vashti the queen before the king with the crown royal, to shew the people and the princes her beauty: for she was fair to look on.
But the queen Vashti refused to come at the king's commandment by his chamberlains: therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger burned in him.

Not anymore – because we get the morning star.
We build the new city:
Revelation 21:1-2
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

As we build:
Job 38:6-7
   Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

Nehemiah 4:18,21
For the builders, every one had his sword girded by his side, and so builded…
So we laboured in the work: and half of them held the spears from the rising of the morning till the stars appeared.

We reclaim lost territory.
Genesis 3:13
The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

Isaiah 14:12
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

The word for Lucifer is, literally, the light bearer, the shining one, the planet Venus, the morning star, the son of the dawn.
Luke 10:18-19
I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

As humble servants of each other, we fit into a permanent, sustainable world.
We reclaim the territory lost by the pride of Lucifer and Queen Vashti.
Ezekiel 28:6-7
   Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.

Matthew 23:11-12
But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

Revelation 2:26-28
And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
And I will give him the morning star.

What is the morning star?
It’s Esther.  Esther means the morning star, Venus.
Esther won the beauty contest and replaced the Queen Vashti who refused to show her beauty.
Esther 2:17
And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.

By being that bride, the product of our turning water into wine, we have a wedding with the hottie who shows up to the party – united with Christ via the Holy Spirit.

Revelation 22:16-17
I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.  I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

John 4:14
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
