Can feminists and anti-feminists ever have common ground?

Yes.  They’re both whiny complainers.

James 3:6
And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

God gave life by speaking the world into existence.
Hebrews 11:3
…the worlds were framed by the word of God

Psalm 33:6
By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.

And death.
Isaiah 24:3
The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the Lord hath spoken this word.

Revelation 16:13
And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

What will your legacy be?  You will be remembered by the fruit you bore.

Matthew 7:16-17
Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

Proverbs 12:13-14
The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips: but the just shall come out of trouble.
A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth: and the recompence of a man's hands shall be rendered unto him.

Matthew 12:36-37
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

Complaining (murmuring) is evil, corrupt fruit – as it puts you against God.

Exodus 16:8
And Moses said, This shall be, when the LORD shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the LORD heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against him: and what are we? your murmurings are not against us, but against the LORD.

Proverbs 19:3
The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the LORD.

Numbers 14:27
How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me?  I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.

Complaining is walking your own way – walking your own way in rebellion against God.

Jude 1:16
   These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts;

Psalm 106:25
But murmured in their tents, and hearkened not unto the voice of the LORD.

1 Corinthians 10:10
Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.

Rebellion against God is just like worshipping false gods and idols (witchcraft), as you are not submitting to God’s authority, but to a rebellious authority (and that rebellious authority could be yourself).

1 Samuel 15:23
For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

If you are not for God, you are rebelling, and act in authority against God.
Luke 11:23
He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

Acting in authority against God will only get him to laugh at your complaints.
Psalm 2:2-4
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

But, you might think your complaint is righteous.

Certainly a Dad not being able to see his children is a valid complaint, right?
A man arrested after his wife attacks him is a valid complaint, right?

No.

If you are not led by Christ, these complaints are corrupt fruit just like a feminist complaining about the office air conditioning setting or whining about a small tax on tampons.

How can this be?  Certainly there are righteous criticisms of this world?

Yes, but righteousness only has one source: God.
Wisdom from anywhere but God is corrupt and unacceptable to God.

James 3:15
This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

1 Corinthians 3:19
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

Romans 10:3
For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

We exchange our foolishness for Christ’s righteousness in us.
2 Corinthians 5:21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

The only acceptable judgements come from God.
1 Corinthians 2:6-7
….not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:
But we speak the wisdom of God…

The only acceptable righteousness is through Christ towards God.
1 Corinthians 1:30
But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption

Even our righteousness from Mosaic Law in us is unacceptable to God.
Philippians 3:9
…not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith

Oh, our awful hearts.

Jeremiah 17:9
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Proverbs 28:26
He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.

Replace it with God’s righteousness.

Psalm 51:10
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

Ezekiel 36:26-27
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

1 Corinthians 2:5
That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Those led by the Holy Spirit judge rightly.
1 Corinthians 2:15
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

How do you have authority?  By being under authority.  Christ judged justly, as his wisdom came from God.
John 5:30
I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

Under proper authority, speak righteous judgement.
John 7:24
   …judge righteous judgment.

Deuteronomy 1:16
…judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him.

Leviticus 19:15
…in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

Repentance is a decision to change direction.
Just like the tiny helm turns a ship, the tongue changes one’s direction towards bearing good fruit with wisdom from above.

James 3:4-5
…ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm...
Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things.

James 3:17-18
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
